Great central location, warm comfortable room, loved the bath inside room, spacious bed, and very helpful, friendly staf

We enjoyed our stay in this room, in this hotel. it is modern, wonderfully quirky, loved the full bath inside the room, and the glass window allowing your partner to watch you showering. Bed was comfortable, all facilities were well thought out, these rooms have been recently renovated, it was a pleasure to spend the night there, in the heart of Santander. And the staff were so welcoming, gave lots of suggestions on where to eat nearby. Loved the hotel.

Throughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel - didn’t want to leave
Pros:

Everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures and the bed was extremely comfy and everything appear spotlessly clean

Cons:

Very minor things only but shampoo holder broken in the shower, so on the floor. Although sound proof rooms, we could hear the people in the room upstairs moving around which woke us a few times. Could do with some hooks for the towels as there was no where to put them, after a shower or bath.
