Cons:

Only very small improvements could help. Curtains did not close completely. Door did not lock properly. First night key card would not work. You supply coffee, tea and sugar but some people also like to add milk, get some catering packs. Small improvements could make a very good experience perfect!

Not a pleasant stay experience, the room is different to what described.

Room is not properly clean, towel is not changed, sofa bed is just a sofa not a bed, and the pillow, blanket is not prepared, toilet door is very hard to open.

The value for money is quite high, so issues like finding hair on the bath towel or the lack of toilet paper and drinking water in the room are just minor problems.
