El hotel tiene un hermoso diseño moderno e impresiona por la amplitud de sus instalaciones y la vista. El personal es extremadamente amable.

Cons:

Como suele ocurrir en México, el servicio deja mucho que desear. El personal simplemente no está bien capacitado, y se necesitan varios intentos antes de que finalmente se consiga lo que se desea. Esto no debería suceder en un hotel de este rango de precios.

Hotel is open for business, but not yet fully functioning.
Pros:

Amazing location and staff. They clearly have been working hard to get back in operation after the hurricane. And they largely succeeded - they are open when most others are not.

Cons:

Still have work to do: no internet, phones or properly running air-conditioning. The hotel delayed our check in by almost 2 hours, offered to buy our lunch for making us wait, then failed to pay our lunch.

I loved everything about the hotel !!! The view , the architecture, the location .
The amazing friendly staff ,as you arrive you feel welcomed into the best vacation !
Best breakfast menu I have ever experienced in Acapulco .
I spent 4 nights , should have stayed at least a week .
I will definitely plan to go back soon.
