Pros:

Great location and great coffee plus very helpful staff

The hotel needs to look into these small small incidents
Pros:

I think not much is offered to overseas clients from Asia. The food has a limited choice

Cons:

There were repairs going on in the next room and the drilling sound was just too much to bear. Then the tv channels were not all in working position. Very limited choice of tv channels. Wi fi too gets disconnected at times .

The cleanliness, staff hospitality, location.

Cons:

The room's bathroom and the toilet. The shower water shield isn't complete/closable. It therefore leaves the water to flash down on the bathroom floor while showering and the floor remains wet making it difficult to use the toilet/bathroom afternoon using it to take a shower.

I found more than i expected
Pros:

I liked:
- The staff, the location, the price, the breakfast, the elevator, the reception area, the house keeping, and the overall cleanliness, the free airport shuttle service.

Cons:

I did not like:
The TV type and the limited number of channels, the shower cabinet inside the toilet, the beggars who gather sometimes in the street in front of the hotel.

Pros:

The staff there is simply amazing! The owner of the hotel and the chief of guest relations heard that I was tricked by a taxi driver and paid about 4 times of the usual price to get to the hotel. Without skipping a beat, they immediately tracked the driver down, made him come to the hotel and give me my money back!! Absolutely amazing! Very caring, very friendly! Wholly recommend!
BTW, there is a free shuttle bus to the hotel, from the airport! I missed that detail, but make sure to take the shuttle!
Also, there is a very yummi Indian restaurant right next to the hotel that delivers right to your room.

I loved staying at this place, the staff were so nice and amazing, and very quick to support

The Stay was amazing, the staff was amazing the issue was only the bed that was a little bit hard

Cons:

The staff are really nice and supportive as well as very responsive and the service is amazing
