No fui porque la zona estaba muy peligrosa por esos dias y perdi el dinero del abono

la persona que me contesto siempre me pidio cancelar por booking y hacerlo con ellos directamente pero igual perdi mi dinero

Bien pero falta coordinar la portería con los huéspedes

Cons:

Para salir por la noche o por la tarde era un problema pues no hay personal todo el tiempo en recepción y haya q la persona encargada baje a abrir teníamos q esperar hasta 10 minutos retrasando nuestras actividades. Un para veces nos tocó buscar las llaves de la puerta de salida del edificio a nosotros mismos en el escritorio del conserje que nunca apareció abrir y dejar abierto la puerta de edifico. Hasta por el garaje nos tocó salir.

Nothing, I didn’t get to see them.

Cons:

I reserved through the app and received a confirmation code, I went to the facility and they told me there were no rooms available; they even suggested just leaving since “the payment was on person”, ignoring the fact that all my credit card information was already on the reservation and I would be charged fully for the stay if I cancelled, even if I didn’t actually stay there. I also lost the money I spent on transportation and there were no hotels nearby. I received no compensation.

Also is worth noting that the apartments are in a residential area, and the people that live in front of the facilities seem to be pretty nosy and stare directly at you when you arrive, I’m not sure why.
