Todo diría. La atención. La pileta. La limpieza . El descanso y no está lejos del centro. Ideal para caminar por el barrio. La recomendación de ir al local del Negro! Muy rica la comida!

Cons:

Toda la instalación bien. Solamente fue que queríamos dormir con las ventanas abiertas ( no usamos el aire acondicionado, xq mi hija y mi madre les hace mal ) y nos picaron los mosquitos. Si habría mosquitero , estaría bien. Pero después pasamos muy bien la estadía. Todos muy atentos.

Ell orden de las cosas, el garaje privado, el sistema de apertura y cierre digital de puertas. En la cuadra tenes todo y mas: polleria, verdulero, bar, almacenes, supermercado. Tenes vajila y anafe para cocinar.

Pros:

A pesar de quedar por una calle bastante transitada por lo menos en mi apartamento no hubo ruido, dormi muy bien en la cama comoda. Personal amable y atenta.

Cons:

Frente al apto, segundo piso, apenas cabe una silla entonces para sentarse fuera comodamente tocaba bajar a las areas comunes. Ubicacion algo lejos del centro.
