Ideal base for visiting Arta and the surrounding area
Pros:

To begin with, the hotel, which is located in a historic neighborhood, offered parking closeby. The design of the room and the furnishings were top notch. We enjoyed the balcony off the room. The cafe/bistro offers a nice selection of dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we return to Arta, we will definitely choose Piccadilly House again.

Excellent accommodation. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Congratulations to Niki and staff who were wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. Very new accommodation, the suite was spotless, comfortable bed, and quiet room, with excellent facilities. The garden, dining and bar areas were attractive, with contemporary, comfortable furniture and decor. Bravo!

Very nice property- recommend highly
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious room, great staff (Irina was wonderful) nice location on a pedestrian mall.

Cons:

Their parking lot was VERY hard to find. They send an email saying to call for the parking code but it would be better to include a map showing best way to access lot, along with the code. The streets are very confusing so a detailed map would be really useful.

Prachtig appartement, midden in de stad, met goede parkeergelegenheid
Pros:

Heel mooie appartement midden in een voetgangersgebied. Vlak bij is een eigen parkeerplaats, erg handig. Ondanks de ligging in het centrum hadden wij geen last van straatlawaai.

Cons:

airco-capaciteit is niet voldoende

Αριστη και ευχάριστη
Pros:

Ευγενικότατο προσωπικό και ευχάριστο, το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και περιποιημένο συν ότι είχε κάποιες λεπτομέρειες που δεν έχει τύχει να έχω ξαναδεί σε ξενοδοχείο, όπως shaving kit και μαντηλάκι ντεμακιγιαζ. Φαίνεται ότι θέλουν να το προσέχουν και σίγουρα το προτείνω!

Pros:

The apartments were very spacious, modern and pleasant, with all the facilities available. The location is very central and it's perfect for a city walk or a road trip out of town. There's an option to have a nice breakfast in the hotel's café on the ground floor near an ancient theatre which is located right next to the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
