Acoya Residences

Being a guest at Acoya Residences means much more than enjoying a holiday vibe, an exceptional breakfast, and my favorite Greek coffee every morning. It's also about the wonderful people I met there, the great conversations we shared, and the special attention to detail shown by the entire team.

Without a doubt, this has been my best experience in 20 years of visiting the Greek islands. I can now say that I've let go of my first love, Santorini, in favor of my new one: Paros—and this very special place called Acoya Residences.

The property is beautiful and a short walking distance from the center of this beautiful, small town. This was a last minute booking for my daughter and I as we extended our stay in Paros by one night. The property was close to the airport. The staff was beyond accommodating considering I made the mistake of booking for in July and we where there in June! Thank goodness they had a room for us. The staff was extremely kind, they offered us our choice of two rooms both of which were upgrades. They didn't have to do that given I was in the wrong month! the property was pristine. Unfortunately, we had to depart early in the morning and could not enjoy breakfast, which I'm sure would have been amazing. Highly recommend Acoya for the property, location and staff!

We had the most wonderful experience at Acoya. The moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, with the host Manos greeting us and showing us to our room. He then sat down with us and helped us to plan an individualised itinerary for our stay with ideas for places to see and local tips! The room was very clean and location was exceptional, a 1 minute walk to the restaurants and fishing village of Alyki. Delicious breakfast every morning and friendly staff (shoutout to Christos!) Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paros! We would definitely stay again

What makes the best and the difference overall about Acoya residence is the family felt friendly supportive great staff, I think which is highly crucial, managed very well with friendship and support to all the customers having extremely patience and attention. No need to say the absolute cleanness everyday. The location is great near to the busstop, beach with crystal clear water is just 2-3 minutes by walking, market nearby, great restaurants with sunset scene at dinner time. The location of the residence in Alyki is perfect reachable to every key points easily, also if you have a vehicle it’s very easy and comfortable to go to nearby must to see places like Naoussa, Lefkes the wonderful village with history heritage, Golden beach and the main port area Parikia. Ms. Georgia, Ms. Eleni and Mr. Manos welcomed us giving detailed explanation of the island’s best places, beaches, villlages, churchs and restaurants to visit. Rental car was arranged immediately even they were very kind to receive the car with some absence of gasoline. They have organised a wonderful boat trip to Antiparos, Despatiko island, the blue lagoon and the cave arranged very carefully considering the weather conditions.On our last day they were very pleasant to arrange our transfer to the port as their gift very much appreciated. To sum up in Acoya residence you don’t have to spend time on googling or chatting with AI to travel, disturbing your relaxed holiday since Mr. Manos is the “AI of Paros” excellent tourist guide :)) Daily programmes of your visit are already arranged by him upon on your wish of course. Many thanks to Ms. Georgia, Ms. Eleni, Mr Manos, Mr Christos who always tries to make the breakfast and coffee ready for you at the moment you arrive the dining area,to all the staff whose names we don’t know behind the stage for the amazing and easiest time we had to explore all over the island. The location is exceptional but what makes this place incredible is the staff.
Manos and Georgia go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Manos will sit down with you and talk to you about what you want to do while visiting the island and he will go over a map with you and personally make recommendations based on your interests! If you go to Aliki, you NEED to stay here!

The team at Acoya goes above just the walls of your hotel room, they ensure your entire experience in Paros is perfect.

We were graciously welcomed by Eleni and Mr. Manos. Where our room was ready before check-in time and Mr. Manos, a native and hotel owner carefully helps you curate your day by day on the island along with a cup of Greek coffee, made and served by Mr. Manos himself. They help you reserve at hard-to-reach places, tell you what to try at each place, and help you find the best hidden beaches that only locals access… cherry on top was visiting the family’s 5-star sister hotel where we were able to spend a day at the pool and view one of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. Aliki, the village, is a perfect place to stay where locals actually frequent without all the crowds and young tourism of Naosa. Breakfast was generous and very tasty!

Die Acoya Residences ist eine sehr aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft.Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet,nur das Badezimmer war etwas eng und klein,was aber für uns kein Problem war.Mr.Mamos und sein Team sind sehr aufmerksam,hilsbereit und freundlich.Die Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind top.Bei der Ankunft hatten wir unseren Rucksack im Bus vergessen und Mr.Mamos ist dem Bus,ohne zu zögern hinterher gefahren und hat ihn geholt.Nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür. Zu erwähnen ist auch das tolle Frühstück im Garten.Man wird toll bedient und es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das ganze Team ist toll!🩷
