I was very disappointed with the level of cleanliness in my room. Upon arrival, I noticed several concerning issues. There were toenail clippings on the floor, visible dirt, and the bedsheets felt sticky, which made me extremely uncomfortable during my stay. I expected better standards of cleanliness. While the staff were polite, the state of the room really impacted my stay. I hope the management can address these issues, as they are crucial to ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience for future guests.

Cons:

The other guests were very loud. The staff did nothing to quiet them. The room was tiny and cramped. The street was dug up and under construction.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and you get a kitchenette with fridge, sink and stove. The room was clean. It was dark without a real window, which is ok by me for sleeping but some may not like that.

Cons:

They ran out of water for over 12 hours. The room was close to the main door so it was a little noisy at times with people going in and out.

Pros:

This place is perfect for my one night stays between flights from and to Bogotá. Price is good and the area seem safe. The personnel is helpful and nice. I have stayed twice now and will be back next time I visit Colombia. Close to the airport.

Cons:

The rooms do not have windows, but I have to admit it does not disturb me at all.
