Het was goed. Süpermarket ligt dichtbij. Er zijn genoeg restaurants en cafe.
Ik vond de wandelgebieden beperkt.
Ottima posizione fronte spiaggia in zona tranquilla di Orikum e a pochi minuti dal centro città. Posto auto fronte casa. Appartamento pulito e di grandi dimensioni, adatto a famiglie.
Essenziale sotto alcuni aspetti (p.e. tipologia stoviglie, arredo bagno) seppur funzionale per brevi soggiorni. Andrebbe specificata meglio la localizzazione magari con un'insegna all'ingresso dell'edificio e un cartello all'inizio del viale.
The apartment was pretty spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities necessary. It had AC in each room, which was perfect! There is a market in the building, so that was convenient too. Also, you need 1 minute to get to the beach!
It had only one toilet paper for 7 days for 2 people. There weren't any trash bags. Next to the terrace there are a lot of sand and rocks so when it is windy all the clothes that are drying would get dirty.
Нам дуже сподобався відпочинок у цих апартаментах.Апартаменти були гарні,затишні,та чисті.Також до апартаментів входило все необхідне.Сама перевага апартаментів те що вони знаходяться через дорогу від моря,та гарного пляжу.Також біля апартаментів є багато продуктових магазинів,та ресторанів де можна купити все необхідне
The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed.
Nice, clean apartment with good location.
Some basic facilities were missing which would be nice to have for example: toilet paper, washing liquid, sponge... These wouldn't be a big financial investment from the owner but would make the overall experience better for the guests.
The apartment inside is modern and comfortable
The owner doesn't provide anything inside the apartment. For that price, one toilet paper for 3 days for 3 people, really? no kitchen cloth, sponge, washing liquid, nothing.
Outside the window we were facing wasteland and some rubbish bins. Not the best view in Albania really.
The apartment looked brand new. The room layout is really good. Contrary to the description, Wi-Fi was available (maybe it was the neighbors' :D - I don't know - but the hosts did give us the password).
Unrelated to the apartment itself, but: Prices in the neighborhood seem to be up-marked (more expensive) compared to Orikum center and wider Vlore. I guess they're aiming for the area to be a high-end location, but I don't think it merits it currently.

Apartment was very clean. The hostes is avaible in any time for everything.
There were no slippers in the apartment. There was no washing up for the dishes, towels to clean the kitchen, no garbage bags. The first two days of our stay in the apartment there were ants. The host helped us disappear.
