La struttura meravigliosa!!! La propietaria è gentilissima, la casa molto pulita, la cucina e la colazione molto buoni. Anche i servizi per ospiti sono fantastici. Vi consiglio di prenotare questa casa per forza.

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe der Sassi
Pros:

Schöne, große Wohnung mit Balkon in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ca. 25 min. In der Nähe gibt es den Busbahnhof für die Überlandbusse, einen Bahnhof der FAL und noch eine Bushaltestelle, von der man die Stadtbusse nutzen kann. Die freundliche Begrüßung der Besitzerin, die mir alles gezeigt hat.

Ottima accessibilità, mini appartamento arredato molto bene, cucina nuova ed accessoriata, gentilezza del gestore.

Cons:

Da sostituire lavabo bagno fessurato, sigillatura piatto doccia. Condizionamento non utilizzato per favorevoli condizioni climatiche (forse non presente)

The location is very near to station. So i can go to Matera centrale or sud very conveniently. It is better to check the train timetable.
