Très mauvaise expérience, nous sommes parti après la première nuit. J'ai fait une demande de remboursement suite à la piscine fermée, et au mariage qui à eu lieu juste en dessous de notre chambre, musique à fond sans aucune prévention de la part de la réception alors que je suis enceinte. Impossible de dormir. Le petit déjeuner était une catastrophe également. J'ai eu un refus sur booking de la part de l'hôtel pour le remboursement de la deuxième nuit et aucun retour de votre part à ce jour. Pourriez-vous faire le nécessaire svp ? Merci - Bien à vous. A night to remember as I attended a wedding at the White Palace Hall.
Pros:

I loved the view , the cleanliness of the room and the gardens . Special thanks to Mr . Mohammed Saleh for going the extra mile so that I get what I paid for , also a young man in the room service . His name is Karim . He was very helpful,I really recommend the place for a different experience.

The reception team need to be more professional and co operative.

Hotel Non da Turisti
Pros:

Camere spaziose e buona posizione sul Nilo.

Cons:

In queste struttura si ha l'impressione di non essere accettati di buon grado. Al check-in abbiamo presentato la carta di identità con visto rilasciato all'areoporto e sostenevano che non fosse valido. Solo dopo varie insistenze ci hanno dato la camera.

Pros:

・Spacious room.
・Water outage on the second morning, which was solved by making a phone call to the reception though.

Cons:

・I booked a suite room and I was shown to a single room.
・Two staff who delivered our room service left our room with the door wide open counting the cash I paid...
・Check-out took long.

Clean hotel but the staff members were not friendly at all.
Pros:

The check in process is very slow, they made me wait for 10-15 minutes (they said that they needed to confirm the reservation despite l paid them in advance through a third party)
The hotel itself was clean and tidy. The view of the river Nile is fabulous. The gardens were well maintained. The tape water was very dirty it looked muddy and stayed this way for several hours.
The check out was also slow, the front desk associate wanted me to wait with them until they sent somebody to check the room after we left ( I guess they don’t trust their guests and they think that they take stuff from the room)

Best place to stay in Egypt for a affordable cost!
Pros:

Best hotel we have stayed in Egypt. Incredibly affordable too. The amenities and rooms are stunning . The staff is so kind and helpful to us. We were so surprised by the quality of this hotel. 100/10 recommend.

Safe and clean no noise
Pros:

Have been in Egypt about 15 Times. The staff is the best i Ever have experience in Egypt. The hotel is very clean. The staff are so friendly. Will definitely recommend Elminya compound. The view to the Nile is so beautiful. There is a big amusement park at the hotel.

This hotel made my visit to El Minya even better
