Hjelpsomme og hyggelige personale, god frokost hyggelig atmosfære

Cons:

Vi har tidligere hatt gleden av å bo på hotellet ved flere anledninger, senest sommeren 2025, hvor vi opplevde et hyggelig og rent rom. Denne gangen valgte vi å investere i et rom med forbedret standard, inkludert havutsikt, stor seng og balkong. Dessverre var badet mangelfullt rengjort og fremsto som slitt. Selve rommet var lite, dårlig rengjort og preget av slitasje, og sengen var ikke større enn standardmål. Balkongen var også skitten. Havutsikten var imidlertid som forventet. Rommets generelle tilstand indikerer at det er utfordrende for rengjøringspersonalet å oppnå et tilfredsstillende resultat. Opplevelsen levde ikke opp til forventningene om en oppgradering, og vi er skuffet gitt prisnivået.

Att man inte kunde garanteras bord ute på restaurang, trots bokning långt innan ankomst. Även att man fick parkera 1km ifrån hotell pga platsbrist.
