Nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel and room was big and lovely. Hotel entrance and room clean.
The only problem was the lift the doors closed too quickly and I hurt my arm.

I was there with my family last week. We were given a dark room, and our towels weren't changed unless we specifically asked. To wrap up the evening, we headed to the outdoor pool area to celebrate our anniversary with a couple of glasses of Prosecco; however, even though access was unrestricted, we were asked to return to our room. We were very disappointed. I also want to point out that the pool was dirty, and we had cockroaches in our room. A stay we certainly won't be repeating.

Great hotel in great location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel well located to explore Sliema, Valletta and easy access to buses and boat services to get around the whole of Malta. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a Suite with balcony. Room was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was pleasant. The pool area is small but clean and comfortable with plenty of afternoon shade.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff is very kind, helpful and polite. The whole hotel is very clean, they cleaned our room daily and after the cleaning it was like in the first day. Very good experience.

If your booking on booking.com screen shot what your booking because it’s not what we got
Pros:

We booked through booking.com which we were supposed to get a room with a balcony and breakfast
On arrival we we located across the road which is part of the hotel but wasn’t what I booked for
The reception was helpful but couldn’t change our room as they were booked out and then we didn’t get the breakfast
All I can say is screen shot your booking before you confirm

All was pleasant
