Dissatisfied with quality of stay considering the price

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

We were allocated a room (403) we had not booked, the air conditioning was not working to begin with and we had an ongoing problem with it during the stay so room was uncomfortably hot.
Insufficient number of sunbeds at pool area for hotel guests so little time could be spent relaxing at hotel facilities
