Tesisin konumu nungwi ve kendwa arasında her iki bölgeye erişim kolay yürüme veya 5-6 dk tuktuk mesafesinde ,odalar,banyo her yer çok temiz, internet ada şartlarının üzerinde, kahvaltı fazlasıyla yeterli, bu fiyata çok konforlu bir konaklama ayrıca hotel sahibi Cemal abi, ailesi ve personeller çok iyi insanlar aklınıza gelen her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar ulaşım turlar günlük ihtiyaçlar vb. gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Pros:

Large room, nice bathroom. Quiet area. Mini-fridge. Strategic location between Nungwi and Kendwa. Host very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Good breakfast but lack of variety. Weak WiFi (like everywhere on the island).

Pros:

Jamal( owner) was very welcoming and provided recommendation on things to do. He also had drivers available to take us wherever we needed. Room is super big and bed is very comfortable. Away from the main street so no noise , you can sleep all day if you wish in perfect calmness. Massai security was also very attentive to details and always ready to assist in getting local arts, bracelets etc...

Cons:

No TV in room.But not a big deal for me since I don’t really watch TV

Amazing stay. Would return :)
Pros:

We are super happy with our choice of staying in Capadoccia. The owner, the family and the staff are super friendly and always proactively trying to help you make the most out of your stay. And we were specially lucky to be invited to Serguete’s birthday (the son of the owner). The hotel is super well located, you can easily walk into Kendwa beach (my favorite), nungwi beach, cocobello nightclub, shops or you can also get a taxi as there are many super close to the hotel. The hotel room exceeded expectations as it was huge, comfortable and the owner met our preference to stay by the pool. The breakfast was also very nice with a great view.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cappadocia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owner is absolutely fantastic and from the moment we arrived, he made us feel so comfortable and welcome.

What really stood out was the personal service. He prepared a fresh breakfast for us every morning, helped us with getting around and was always available whenever we needed anything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

We travelled with three children, aged 6, 4 and a 6-month-old baby, and the whole experience was perfect for our family. We felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere made such a difference.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, especially families travelling with young children. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again! ❤️

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hospitality, breakfast, location and overall experience were all excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Harika ev sahipliği ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi.

Cemal Bey ve Elif Hanım'ın samimi misafirperverliği, güler yüzü ve keyifli sohbetleri konaklamamı çok daha özel hale getirdi. Tanzanya havalimanında yaşadığım olumsuzlukların ardından burada stresimi kısa sürede unuttum. Tesis huzurlu ve oldukça rahattı. Sahile yürüme mesafesindeydi. Sakin, samimi ve huzurlu bir ortamda konaklamak isteyen herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir tesis. Cemal Bey ve Elif Hanım'a her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederim.

Had a wonderful stay at the place.
Pros:

The property is well located, well situated with a gate and proper access.
There is a generator for backup power, it runs even all the ACs and fans in the rooms.
There is warm water always available.

I took in an early check in and the host was accommodating.

You're welcomed on Zanzibar
Pros:

Very nice team, always ready to help with anything we needed. Good facilities, clean rooms. The breakfasts were delicious, and the food at the restaurant on the top floor was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Feel yourself at home
Pros:

Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ventilators which is very nice when it is too hot outside. Very nice beds, I slept like a child.
Really cosy and quiet.
Totally recommend!
