Consiglio questa struttura a chi non ha grandi pretese e la usa solo come punto di appoggio, ottimo rapporto qualità pre
Pros:

Cappadocia Hotel è una struttura a gestione familiare, molto tranquilla e rilassante che si trova a 15’ a piedi dalla parte più viva e turistica di Nungwi.
Ha un totale di 6 camere, la piscina, il guardiano, la lavanderia ed una splendida terrazza.
Le camere sono grandi dotate di aria condizionata, pale al soffitto, frigo, scrittoio molto comodo se devi lavorare, bagno con doccia molto grande e Phon per i capelli.
Le stanze hanno davvero tutto e sono molto luminose avendo delle porte finestre scorrevoli.
Il punto forte dell struttura è la terrazza vista mare dove tira un’arietta molto piacevole
Jamal è davvero molto gentile e premuroso, suo figlio dolcissimo
Ho mangiato tre volte presso la struttura, ho fatto fare a loro perché non c’era un menu, ed il cibo è stato sempre delizioso

Cons:

- la struttura è posizionata vicino al Riu in una posizione un po isolata e devi percorrere una stradina buia per raggiungerla
- le camere sono molto belle e ampie ma almeno la mia necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata perché i muri sono un po sporchi e pieni di crepe
- rivedrei anche il servizio ristorante: non c’è un menu quindi non sai cosa puoi mangiare nè i prezzi, Jamal ti chiede gentilmente se vuoi pollo o manzo quindi la scelta è molto limitata
- la colazione per tre mattine è stata sempre uguale: anguria, omelette, pane e nutella.
Ho chiesto se ci fosse dell’avocado e se si potesse variare ma la ragazza mi ha risposto di no.
Acqua, caffè e succo non ti vengono mai portati… devi sempre chiederli.
Per chi sta più giorni avere un menù o una scelta un po’ più ampia per la colazione sarebbe molto meglio.
- staff presente ma poco reattivo, forse perché non parlano benissimo inglese… non saprei
- formiconi enormi presenti in stanza, ne ho uccisi almeno 10 in una sera e qualcuno l’ho trovato anche nel letto.
Evidentemente c’è qualche tana

Exceptional hospitality and world-class food!
Pros:

A fantastic stay with a great atmosphere. The host is very welcoming, and the food is truly outstanding—easily the best I’ve had on my entire trip. High quality and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone who values great cuisine!

Cons:

My only regret is that my stay there was too short.

It was close to the market and to the beach

Cons:

Their Food prices are very expensive and they don’t tell you the cost until you are about to leave. Also English literacy is very poor you struggle to communicate

Good choice
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Cemal, the owner, speaks English and Russian. The territory is safe, its closed
Location is good: few minutes to Nungwi road, Supermarket Zanfresh, good restaurant Barakana. Also it takes about 7-10 minutes to get the beach
Room was comfy and super quiet, extremely clean. They do cleaning once in 2-3 days, but you always can ask to change towels. Even with some troubles with electricity on Zanzibar you always have it - with generator
Upstairs there is a small restaurant where you can get 24h tea or coffee and the breakfast (eggs and some fruits and vegetables)
Ah, what else was important- you will get a good wifi on all territory

Good location, polite host and staff, rooms were clean

Cons:

Wifi rarely/never worked, AC never worked (room was very hot), rooms had a odd smell and housekeeping did something odd to my laundry (some clothes shrink, some lost color, some were stretched out). When asking for room cleaning they removed bed linen and towels and didn’t put in new ones so we had to go and ask for it back and also refilling of amenities after the cleaning.

Suitable for a quiet stay,closer to shops
Pros:

The room is clean, the fan working fine.

Cons:

I think you can improve on the breakfast, the dinning area isnt pleasant to eat at. There was limited drinks for breakfast, just coffee and tea no juice.
The loose tile in our room needs fixing. No extra blanket in the room for chilly night.
No TV in the room
