Pros:

Property was nice area was sketchy a few sketchy people! The person over the ground was a little rude until he realized we were registered members then he was just slightly rude! The owner was nice. It was Airbnb style so I was in contact with him for most of my problems. He was very urgent to respond. He explained everything thoroughly. It was just the actual people who represent the hotel that were there that I did too much care for the outside of the property is dated, but the inside is newly remodeled very nice

Right on the beach and the swimming pool was very nice and deserted.
Pros:

Its right on the beach. Nice swimming pool as well. It has an elevator. Has a kitchenette and a balcony. Plenty of shelves beside the bathroom vanity for cosmetics, lotions, etc. couch was comfy. Plenty of pillows and blankets.

Cons:

it's an older place, which most of these in Daytona are so it's not top of the line but that didn't bother us at all.... if you are wanting 4 stars you probably need to go somewhere else. The bed was okay but not great for older people with back problems.

Nada, llegando a Daytona nos avisa que no está disponible la habitación y que no podemos hacer uso de ella sin darnos ninguna solución, nos explica que esta en mantenimiento y no la podemos habitar estando esta ya pagada. Tuve que buscar otro hotel en el momento. Aún espero la devolución del dinero.

The location is spot on! Right on the beach! Couple min drive to boardwalk and any shop. Cute little studio set up. Bed was comfortable!

Cons:

Only 1 real outlet that we couldnt use as our chargers wouldn't stay in it. Only other plug is power strip by the microwave so little inconvenience. No sheets for the pull out couch. Parking is super snug and only 1 elevator in the front.

Absolutely amazing view, could see the sunrise from our balcony!
Pros:

Stayed 9 amazing nights. Great location, easy access to beach and pools. Owners are absolutely amazing to work with! Has everything you need, beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal. Definitely staying again.

Cons:

Out of the owners control but the outdoor pool was not heated.

Truly a lucky find!!
Pros:

CLEAN!! well laid out, well stocked, sun-filled! The kitchenette had everything we needed.
Fantastic ocean-view, easy communication with owner. Easy parking and easy access to beach.

Cons:

Not one complaint!
