Pros:

Bell'albergo, accogliente e bene sistemato con terrazzo, spa e parcheggio, in centro al paese. Camera ristrutturata super bella e spaziosa.

Cons:

Servirebbe più pulizia, soprattutto della zona esterna dove ci sono tavoli sporchi e cuscini macchiati. Nella camera polveri da fare meglio.

Užasný pobyt!
Pros:

V hotelu bylo vše krásné, čisté a voňavé! Snídaně formou švédských stolů užasná! Poloha hotelu blizko ruznych stezek do hor, kousek od vodopádu, kousek minimarket, restaurace atd. Bylo tam ubytovaných i hodně pejsků s různým vzrůstem, takže hotel je i dog friendly. Personál příjemný a wellness od 7-22 hodin v ceně(sauny od 15-22). Hotel doporučujeme!

Cons:

Jediný co přítel vytkl, že není bazén venku, jinak vše úplně perfektní! 👌🏼

Un'oasi di relax e tranquillità nel verde del Tirolo
Pros:

La struttura è fantastica e abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e di totale relax. Anche il nostro cane è stato ben accetto, il che per noi è stato un valore aggiunto enorme!
Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera standard, che si è rivelata estremamente pulita, molto spaziosa e dotata di un bel balcone. Ottima anche la ristorazione: la colazione a buffet offre una ricca scelta sia dolce che salata, mentre la cena propone piatti tipici davvero gustosi e curati nei minimi dettagli anche nell'impiattamento.
La zona wellness con saune e piscina riscaldata è fantastica per rigenerarsi, e abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità di bibite calde gratuite durante la giornata. Un plauso speciale a tutto il personale, sempre estremamente gentile, accogliente e disponibile.
L'hotel si trova in un paesino piccolo e molto tranquillo, ma dotato di tutto il necessario: a pochi passi ci sono un supermercato, un paio di ristoranti e una birreria. Come tipico dei paesi di montagna chiudono tutti abbastanza presto la sera, ma conoscendo gli orari è una comodità fantastica avere tutto a portata di mano. Ci sono anche negozi di attrezzatura e abbigliamento sportivo. Inoltre la posizione è ottima per gite in giornata: si trova a poco più di un'ora da Innsbruck e ci ha permesso di visitare facilmente anche Füssen e il Castello di Neuschwanstein in Germania.

In realtà è andato tutto benissimo e il soggiorno è stato perfetto!
A titolo di semplice consiglio per il futuro, ci sono solo due piccoli suggerimenti che renderebbero l'esperienza ancora più completa:
- ​Accoglienza cani al ristorante: Nonostante ci siamo trovati benissimo a lasciarlo in camera durante i pasti, sarebbe un bellissimo plus avere anche una piccola zona al chiuso del ristorante accessibile ai cani, per chi desidera averli con sé anche a cena
- ​Area Wellness: Sarebbe fantastico aggiungere una sauna umida / bagno a vapore accanto alle saune classiche.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage für einen echt fairen Preis.
Pros:

Super Hotel in sehr guter Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes Team und moderner großer Saunabereich.
Frühstück war gut und exzellente Wandermöglichkeiten direkt ab der Verpeilalm beim Hotel die Straße hoch.

Cons:

Poolbereich ist nur für den Sommer nicht optimal weil im UG nur Innen und die Zimmer sind nicht die neuesten, aber die Betreiber geben sich viel Mühe überall zu modernisieren und nach und nach verbessern, also für das Budget kann man wegen gar nichts meckern.

Hôtel exceptionnel ! Personnel adorable et aidant, espace bien-être extra, boissons à disposition, petit déjeuner gourmand… Tout est qualitatif puis l’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Kaunertal. Je recommande à 100%
