Pros:

Very helpful owner and staff.
The front desk english could be better, but then again I don't know how many foreigners they have there.
Very clean and beautiful room, delicious breakfast and a very pleasant overall experience.

Excellent 3 star hygiene room, comfy bed and hygienic bathroom. Value for the money & great experience. The hotel provided an Annapoorna breakfast set in the morning as complimentary. My 1 night stay was excellent. Worth staying and exploring Nilgiris... Thank you
