Pros:

La vue est belle sur la mer. Hôte réactif par messagerie. Literie correcte

Cons:

La route devant la maison est passante, de jour comme de nuit. L'appartement, bien qu'un peu restauré, n'est pas très clean.

The view was nice to see

Cons:

The cleanliness was too bad. The main area smelt dusty and suffocating. After a bit a strong smell started spreading throughout like sewage. It was so bad that my kids were uncomfortable. They need to so something with the smell.

I like the location because have a good view and balcony . The price is not high .

Cons:

Cleanliness was not at a good level, and some of the air conditioners were not working. What bothered me the most was a strong unpleasant smell inside, especially in the two bedrooms.

Kotor için ideal, güvenli bir tesis
Pros:

manzarası gayet keyifli ve temiz bir tesisti. Tesis yetkilisi çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Özel park yeri olması önemli bir rahatlıktı.

Tesisin manzarası mükemmel. Tesis sahipleri Türk ve dost canlısı insanlar. Alķım hanım ödemeyi 2. günün akşamında bizden aldı. Fiyat/performans olarak tam karşılıyor. Konum olarak çok sessiz sakin bir mevkiide,bina önünde de 2-3 araclık yeri mevcut,aracıyla gelecekler için güzel bir olanak.

Cons:

Olumsuz bir durum yaşamadık.

Çok güzel manzara çok güzel konum
Pros:

İşletmecileri Türk’tü ve güler yüzlüydüler. Konum ve manzara olarak harikaydı. Fiyat olarak pahalı bir şehir zaten ortalamadan bir tık pahalı diyebiliriz.

Maalesef ev çok pisti,tv altı dolap örümcek ağı vardı housekeeperı değiştirmesini öneririrm otelin,ayrıca balkanlar turu boyunca çok yerde kaldık en donanımsız ev buydu eşyalar çok eski,mutfakda gerekli donanım yok,çoğu yerde pirincinden şehriyesine çayına kadar koymuşlardı burda yoktu maalesef,otelin yöneticisine önerim bu konuma sahip bi yeri çok daha fazla güzelleştirebilirler evi yenileyip daha yüksek fiyata kiralayabilirler özensizdi, eşyalar kesinlikle yenilenmeli, bu lokasyonu çok daha iyi değerlendirmeliler,ciddi anlamda hijyen sorunu mevcut,bunun dışında konum ve manzara muhteşem

Tesisin işletmesi Türk personellerdi. Çok yardımcılar çok cana yakınlar. İçerisi de gayet temiz ve güzeldi. Konum olarak Dobrota da araç ile Kotor ve Perast a 10 dk. Ama en güzeli manzarası çünkü tesis Kotor körfezinin dibinde alabildiğine deniz manzarası…
