Approche attractive mais très grosse déception

le fait d'être à 2 minutes de la plage

Cons:

Toilettes qui fuient avec remontées d'odeur . Double facturation , le propriétaire de l'établissement encaisse l'argent du séjour par Booking et ensuite demande un virement international car la transaction n'apparait pas dans l'appli bancaire (ce qui est normal avec le décalage horaire et le fait d'être hors UE ce qui provoque un délai d'attente d'environ 72 Heures) . Ensuite quand on demande le remboursement il ne répond pas aux mails . Quant au téléphone il déclare ne pas parler Anglais( ce qui est faux car j'ai moi même parlé avec lui) , en Espagnol il fait dire qu'il n'est pas là ...Nous avons fourni les preuves à Booking qui déclare ne pas pouvoir rembourser vu qu'ils n'ont pas l'aval de l'établissement . Situation ubuesque et mensongère ! Ne vous laissez pas avoir par le petit prix , il s'agit en fait d'une escroquerie pure et simple très bien
orchestrée . Incroyable que personne ne prenne nos observations en compte malgré les nombreuses demandes ....Cool l'établissement a été payé 2 fois et tout le monde trouve ça normal !

Personal excelente. Habitación en busnas condiciones.

Cons:

Es dificil llegar y salir del lugar, ya que no hay vías. El taxi para llegar me dejó del otro lado de la playa (porque había como un brazo de agua y el taxi no podía cruzar) me tocó caminar por la playa y una calle oscura para llegar al lugar.

Esta un sector extremadamente peligroso nos Robaron, no son claros con la información, no previenen al turismo, lo más triste es que la comunidad sabe quiénes son los ladrones, nos enteramos que cada rato pasan muchos robos en esta playa y el trabajo de las autoridades y la comunidad es bien malo
