Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans cet magnifique hôtel familial. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et souriant. Le cadre magnifique tel un oasis. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable.
Les petites mains très discrètes toujours à nos petits soins (nettoyage de la chambre chaque jour).

Nous avons été ravis et reviendrons sans hésiter !

Thought will be having Hot meal for breakfast. Didn't specify that we will be paying extra to get hot meal.

The water in the bathroom smells horribly. Im got fever as I've been using the water to brush my teeth

Pros:

J'ai apprécié la taille humaine de l'hôtel ainsi que l'amabilité du personnel.
Son éloignement du centre ville rend la location d'une voiture presque indispensable.
Un seul couac, je pense indépendant de leur volonté, il n'y a eu aucun service de chambre un jour, certes un dimanche, mais c'était le jour sur deux où les serviettes sont changées et nous en étions au troisième. Rien de dramatique bien entendu et le personnel a tenté de pallier au mieux.
Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour, si comme moi vous aimez les petits hôtels familiaux, envisagez celui-là sans hésitation !

Sono stata benedetta dotazioni della camera: ovvero un asciugacapelli e un cattle per farsi un thé.
Pros:

Colazione essenziale, mancava qualche dolce in più, tipo cornetti, o la feta da mangiare con le olive, ma era tutto di ottima qualità. La posizione della struttura non facile da ritrovare senza il navigatore, ma molto bella perché immersa nel verde e lontana dal caos cittadino.

Pros:

El trato de la encargada excepcional, atenta y responde rápidamente a cualquier mensaje.
Desayuno buffet muy bueno.
Instalaciones limpias y confortables.
Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de Chania pero en zona tranquila que ayuda a desconectar.
Y la piscina un puntazo, con un pequeñio chiringuito para comprar bebidas.
