Pros:

Es una hacienda preciosa convertida en hotel boutique. El personal es muy eficaz y amabilísimo empezando por Paula y siguiendo por todo el equipo . El desayuno, increíble . Muy buena cocina. Dejaros aconsejar por ellos para excursiones y visitas, tuvimos un guía excelente, Cristian , y un conductor muy bueno, Carlos. Si tuviéramos la oportunidad, sin duda alguna, repetiríamos .

Cons:

El camino de acceso podría mejorarse, pero sin duda, cuando llegas , ves que ha merecido la pena .

Un paraíso natural !
Pros:

Las habitaciones amplias contaban con hamaca, salita social, las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

En general todo estuvo muy bien aunque las piscinas no tienen climatización y la central estaba un poco sucia.
Nos gustaría encontrar una carta más amplia.

Pros:

It’s a beautiful property. However it is very remote and access was very poor especially at night. Once on the property you are reluctant to go out because of the access. The coffee tour was beautiful and the horse riding very special. However we felt that the price tag for the horse riding was ridiculous almost $500 US for one person. Breyer to book things directly with providers as hotel must be taking a big cut.

Cons:

See above/ some of the staff were truely exceptional however there were those who had limited English which made meal times a little tricky. Nothing serious

Breathtaking location, beautiful hotel and magical stay
Pros:

I absolutely loved everything about Bambusa hotel. One of my favourite places I have ever stayed (and I worked at a travel magazine for years). Such lovely people, beautiful rooms and the most breathtaking location. Breakfast looking out onto the mountains every morning! Wow.

Cons:

Booking an activity with them is very expensive. The tour to Pijao was 10x the price we got through a local operator. Felt like a slight rip off.

Highly recommend, this was the best stay of our trip.
Pros:

Such a beautiful home, the service was incredible - all the staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel at home. Having dinner outside under candlelight was my highlight.

Cons:

Not staying longer!

An extraordinary stay in a magical place.
Pros:

This was the most amazing experience. The property and the surrounding area is lovely. But it is the staff and their attention to detail that makes it extraordinary. From the moment you are met with cold towels and a glass of juice the staff is attentive wanting to make your stay the best possible experience. Two of the nights we were there we were offered a special 4-course meal. The food was delicious and the setting was beautiful.

Cons:

My only inout would be th at their website could be a little more specific. They offer half board or a VIP booking, but don’t explain the difference.
