Pros:

El personal es muy atento y amable, me ayudaron a usar la lavandería que hay en la azotea.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña y sin ventana. La cama no era demasiado cómoda. Era difícil regular el aire acondicionado para no tener frío ni calor y el edredón era muy grueso.

A good value for money!
Pros:

I really enjoyed having a private room. Even with no window, it was fine. They gave us water, slippers, towel and tissues in the room. It was exactly what I needed. One time I forgot my key in my room but the staff let me use a spare with no problem. The toilets have a bidet function!

Cons:

I feel the shower/bathroom could be a little cleaner. I recommend to wear slippers when in the shower. Also the sign says there is a resting area in the roof top but there wasn't. The roof top was empty. I expected a lounge. If you're looking to socialize with other guests, this is not the hotel. There are also no events or food/beverages to buy onsite.

Pros:

Great location. You can just walk to Ximending area. A lot of stores outside the hotel. The facilities are well maintained and the laundry area is a plus. The receptionist speak English.

Pros:

1.大廳有大沙發和大桌子，椅子舒適。
2.服務非常好，24小時找得到人。
3.整體住宿環境非常好，性價比很高！超讚！

Cons:

1.希望有自動買飲料的機器。
2.大廳插座更多會更好。
3.附館房間無冰箱，不方便。房間內桌子太小，不便做事。
4.正館的房間內桌子無法隨時遷移(住院醫院有那種桌子)，不便處理文書工作。
5.洗衣機和烘衣機沒有電梯直達，搬行李箱洗衣服不太方便。
3.大廳的廁所無法上大號，不太方便。
