We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made it special was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had a great assortment of everything and the restaurant on the rooftop had delicious food and a beautiful view! Also, Nonna’s meatballs… the Best!
The only downside, the shower was quite small.

Hotel położony w sercu wybrzeża Amalfi pomiędzy Amalfi a Positano. Dogodne połączenie zarówno łodzią , promem czy autobusem z każdym z nich..Widoki z naszego balkonu zapierały dech w piersiach, kusiły by spędzać na nim wschody czy zachody słońca. Przemiły personel, właścicielka hotelu witająca gości i udzielająca wielu cennych informacji.Dodatkowo bezpłatny transfer zarówno do portu , na plażę czy do centrum miasteczka. Basen , fantastyczna restauracja M'ama serwująca na widokowym tarasie dania kuchni regionalnej , uśmiechnięci kelnerzy, mnóstwo innych udogodnień... Dziękujemy Hotel Margherita za cudowny czas z Wami...
Gorgeous little hotel, with some very nice touches I have never seen at any hotel before.
When we arrived we were given towels with reusable water bottles we could fill as needed on the premises- this was really nice after coming from a hotel in Sorrento that charged 5 euro for bottle of water.
Staff were super friendly and helpful, and I liked how we could easily communicate with them via WhatsApp and the iPad in the room to order anything, make reservations etc
The shuttle is an excellent service, we had several bookings during our time in Praiano and did not realise how difficult it would be walking from a to b in praiano, the shuttle is essential if you don’t have a car and the driver was very nice
We requested a sea view room as it was our honeymoon and had a stunning room, the decor was beautiful, it was big and spacious and the view from our balcony was beautiful.
We also ate at the restaurant one night which was nice but not a lot of options on the menu
The only downside I think is the pool area. The pool itself is nice, it is small which is not a problem but the loungers were a leather type of material that was painful to touch in the heat. There were only 3 umbrellas for shade which were all used when we arrived so it was overall not very comfortable to lie by the pool but we had plans during our stay so it did not effect us too much
Vacker view och härligt, stort rum med bekväm säng och bra AC samt balkongen med utsikt över havet.
Bra de erbjöd gratis shuttle ner till centrum och till stranden också, annars hade det varit svårt att bo så långt ifrån eftersom det är tufft att ta sig någonstans (längre) gående. Vi älskade den lilla stranden nere vid marinan. Lugnt och stilla jämfört med övriga stränder längs Amalfikusten.
Bra med pool och solstolar för de som önskar vara kvar på hotellet en hel dag. Liten pool förvisso men bra område och fin utsikt över havet.
Flera i personalen var också mycket trevliga och utmärkte sig positivt. Giuseppe exempelvis, som tog sig tid att visa runt lite och tipsade om bra restauranger.
Det kändes lite snålt att man som gäst ska behöva betala extra för att få t ex omelett. Det borde ingå när man betalar så pass mycket. Det var heller inget vi visste om utan det framgick först när vi checkade ut. Frukosten var helt ok men inte toppen.
Vi var tacksamma för möjligheten till (gratis) skjuts men det hade varit toppen om vi fått skjuts ända ner till stranden. Nu fick vi gå en riktigt jobbig sträcka högt upp i 35 graders värme och gassande sol och ställa oss vid närmaste busshållsplats där de släppte av oss och hämtade oss. För oss var det tufft i värmen och i synnerhet om man har lite dåliga ben. Sista dagen missade man dessvärre att hämta oss tiden vi bestämt så då stod vi i solen i 40 minuter och väntade. Det var riktigt tufft.

The property is in a fantastic location. It is very clean and well kept. The pool area is lovely and staff are extremely attentive and accommodating

The hotel has a great location with a beautiful sea view. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, which offers delicious food and an amazing view.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff and location, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.
On the downside, there was no air conditioning operating in the public areas, especially in the breakfast room. This was a major issue considering the extreme heatwave in Italy during our stay, making breakfast quite uncomfortable. The hotel is also very noisy due to poor soundproofing. We barely managed to rest, especially in the early morning hours, as noise from the corridors and housekeeping could be clearly heard. Finally, the breakfast had limited variety and could be improved with more options.
