Posizione eccellente e ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente gratuitamente proprio davanti all’hotel.
I componenti dello staff sono molti e tutti gentili, disponibili e attenti.
La nostra camera (n. 28 al terzo piano) era molto ampia e pulitissima e così il bagno, grande e munito sia di doccia sia di vasca idromassaggio (sinceri complimenti alla gentilissima signora che faceva, instancabile, le pulizie).
La TV ha tutti i canali Sky integrati e quindi molta scelta. Wifi perfettamente funzionante.

Cons:

L’hotel è arredato in maniera molto verace e con gusto tipicamente campano. Alcuni oggetti (vasi, quadri, oggetti etc.) e l’ambiente nel suo complesso, incluse le camere, la sala all’ingresso e quella da pranzo, possono quindi apparire un po’ pesanti e kitsch e quindi piacere o meno per ragioni soggettive.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione: può essere migliorata sia con prodotti di maggior qualità (es: le marmellate servite da dispencer preconfezionati non sono granché attraenti) sia con riguardo al rifornimento di prodotti che via via terminano e non vengono integrati.
Ottima comunque la spremuta fresca fatta al momento.
Quanto a pranzi e cene l’hotel offre la possibilità, intelligente, di mangiare dalle 13 alle 22. Sia la qualità sia la varietà dei piatti -con particolare riguardo ai pochissimi dolci, piuttosto pesanti e troppo simili tra loro- potrebbe però essere migliorata, soprattutto per chi soggiorna per più giorni a mezza pensione, considerato che il menu resta lo stesso.
