I am booked but not staying because staff said not available the room..
Pros:

When I booked 3 rooms are left so I booked the o room after half an hour came to residency residency staffs Said no More rooms available.. and enquiry for booked amount.. order me to call or said residency owner and website ...
Finally I am not get the room.. i am not staying.
But I paid full two days payment..
It is worst website ... And residency staff or manager..

Disappointing Stay with Poor Maintenance

I stayed at this property from 17/09/2025 to 18/09/2025 and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

The bathroom flush was not working. I immediately reported the issue to the reception, and although they assured me that someone would come to repair it, no action was taken until my checkout. This left me in a very uncomfortable and pathetic situation throughout my stay.

The view outside the window was unpleasant, with visible waste around, which made the environment look unhygienic and poorly maintained.

I booked my room for ₹672 with a checkout time of 12 PM. However, since I requested to extend my stay until 7 PM, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional ₹1300, which is almost double the cost of my entire booking. While I had no choice but to consider it at that moment, I found the pricing unreasonable for the quality of service provided.


Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory. The lack of basic maintenance, unaddressed complaints, and poor hygiene make this place not worth recommending

Pros:

Ihad to pick my bag to the 1st floor.No lift .Indian toilet .No drinking water was kept nor given.I had to ask for a towel and soap.I had to take down my bag myself.

It is really near to the railway station. There are also options for food nearby. It is also affordable

Cons:

The room is average in size and the washrooms are not that great. Once water was also not available. Cleanliness is also not up to standard.
