Excellent stay in a peaceful setting with beautiful scenery. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

The location is stunning: right in front of the sea, at the end of the peninsula, at the end of the street with just a few houses left.
On our first night, we saw the Aurora, and it was already past mid-April.

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was fine!
There is a small kitchen, not much space, but good enough for breakfast.
Beautiful views from the windows, which would benefit from a few more cushions.

Gem of a Cabin in a Tiny and Quiet Town on the Snaefellsness Penninsula
Pros:

We were lucky enough to stay here for 3 nights in the middle of a March snowstorm.The cabin had amazing windows and views of the sea and mountains. We even had a northern lights show one night! The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially liked how staff came every day to check in, take the garbage, give us more coffee or towels. This stay was the best value of our 2 week trip!

Cons:

The cabin is small with little storage and counter space.
