Wir haben hier eine Nacht vor dem Flug nach Hause verbracht. Tolles Personal, flexibel und schöne Zimmer. Gern wieder.

أقمت في القصر وكانت تجربة ممتازة

النظافة: الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة، وكل التفاصيل الصغيرة كانت متقنة.

الراحة: السرير مريح، والتكييف شغال بكفاءة، والهدوء في المكان ساعدني على النوم بعمق.
الإنترنت : يعمل بكفاءة
الخدمة: طاقم العمل ودود جدًا ومتعاون، دايمًا مبتسمين وبيحاولوا يساعدوا بأي طريقة ممكنة

الموقع: قريب من مول اركان ومول سبانا بلازا وخلفه طريق وصلة دهشور اللي فيه جميع المطاعم والكافيهات المعروفة هو حرفيا في قلب الشيخ زايد وده خلى كل حاجة أسهل.

ما في فطور بس مشكورين العاملين بالفندق طلبوا لي فطار مصري تحفه انا اول مرة اكل بالكميات دي


أنصح جدًا بالإقامة في الفندق، خصوصًا لو بتدور على مكان هادي ونضيف بخدمة ممتازة وسعر مناسب.
أكيد هرجع تاني! واي حد اعرفه نازل مصر يروح بوليفارد بلاس الشيخ زايد مكان اقامه روعة

Abysmal
Pros:

I went to the bathroom I washed my hands and I got showered by the boiler overhead leaking, no towels, no toilet paper, the bathroom was flooded. No hot water. Had to change rooms and share with my friend, no refund offered and he asked for a 5 star rating hahaha

The staff do not respond, the bathroom is shared and not clean, the beds are hard and not clean, the shared area is very noisy. The location is very bad. The overall experience is very expensive.
