Vor der Haustür S-Bahn Verbindung.
Einkaufsmoglichkeit auf der anderen Straße.
Haustür Schlüssel System sehr einfach

Comfortable stay, but concerns about guest safety
Pros:

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The hotel is conveniently connected by tram to the major metro stations and, therefore, to Vienna’s main attractions. There are also several supermarkets and shops nearby where you can find everything you need. The self-check-in and check-out process was simple and efficient.

Cons:

After booking the hotel, I received information stating that, under any circumstances, I should contact the staff by email (not phone), as they manage multiple accommodation units across Vienna. This is also a hotel without a reception desk.
During my stay, I had an unpleasant experience with another guest staying on the same floor, which made me realize that, in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance were needed, the only option would be to send an email?? As a woman, a foreign visitor, and a tourism professional, I find this unacceptable.
No matter how many properties you manage, you are still responsible for the safety and security of your guests. In today’s uncertain world, having no accessible staff member on site or available for urgent situations is simply not acceptable to me.

The property is located in a quiet area and is conveniently close to tram and bus stops, with easy access to Schönbrunn Palace. The self check-in and check-out process was very
convenient, quick, and smooth.

Cons:

There was no shower gel, shampoo, or facial tissues provided. The windows did not have proper external shutters or effective blackout blinds to completely block out the light. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced. In addition, there was no cleaning service during our three-night stay, and the towels were not changed. More attention to regular cleaning and basic amenities would significantly improve the experience.
