Feines Hotel für relativ günstigen Preis
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, die Lage sehr zentral, die Schlüsselbox praktisch
Betten waren ausgezeichnet... bis auf das riesige Kopfkissen!

Cons:

Leider liegt das Hotel zwischen einer Hauptstraße und einem Zuggleis- mit Ohropax jedoch kein Problem
Ein bisschen ungewöhnlich ist der kontaktlose Hotelaufenthalt.

Buona la posizione, si trova a 10 min dalla stazione metro.

Cons:

La stanza era essenziale, ma i cuscini erano troppo grandi e non comodi, così come il materasso, la cassaforte non funzionava, una lampada nemmeno. Nel box doccia al posto della levetta per il doccino ci stava un chiodo e in bagno non ci stava il cestino, per cui quello della stanza l’abbiamo dovuto mettere in bagno e ci siamo arrangiati così. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia mi limiterei a dire che è pressoché sufficiente.
Lo staff è “assente” per la modalità adottata dalla struttura, ma a seguito di più problemi (coperte troppo piccole, cassaforte bloccata e riscaldamento non funzionante) abbiamo chiamato il numero di assistenza e l’unico problema che ci hanno risolto è stato quello del riscaldamento, per il resto hanno detto che le coperte più grandi non le avevano e quindi ce ne hanno riportate altre uguali e per la cassaforte hanno detto che non era incluso nel servizio. Infine per il phon era funzionante, ma il beccuccio era in parte fuso e per questo non si incastrava con l’asciugacapelli e la TV non funzionava. Un’altra pecca da aggiungere è la presenza di un’unico asciugamano piccolo pur essendo in 2.
