I had active booking, but they didn't let me in saying that hotel is full

Cons:

When I arrived, they told me that hotel is full, regardless of my active booking! Incredible! I quickly found another nice and welcoming hotel nearby, and its owner says "Ah, Palma Linda, understood...", seems like it's happened before and not only with me. Please tell them that this behavior isn't acceptable!
