Очень гостеприимная хозяйка, чувствовали себя как будто приехали к родственникам в гости. Нам предоставили номер побольше и разрешили остаться подольше в день выезда, спасибо! Вид из окна на море чудесен.
У отеля есть собственный пляжик с лежаками, зонтами и сапами - можно всем пользоваться. Недалеко рестораны и кафе, но вокруг довольно спокойно даже в сезон.
Всё хорошо, но будьте готовы, что номера местами выглядят не очень новыми.
Очень приветливый персона. Подготовили номер даже раньше чем было описано.
The best thing about our holiday was absolutely the hosts Ana and Vlad. They are amazing people, so kind, generous and will go the extra mile to make sure you have the best time.

La habitación no estaba muy limpia y tenía demasiadas cosas de decoración, un poco agobiante si estas acostumbrado a habitaciones o apartamentos sencillos y básicos.

The people that run this are extremely nice.
The room was terrible. Smelled of cigarettes and sewage. There weren't enough blankets and they were not big enough for the bed. Also we had booked a queen bed and were given a full. We booked a private balcony and did not get this. I also didn't like how we had to pay cash and couldn't pay with card.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Apartments Maxim and it's probably one of the best places we've stayed on the Boka Bay. The location is right on the waterfront and the beaches right in front of and near the property were perfect for swimming, clear water and easy access.
The view from our room was outstanding. We had a large balcony where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening, looking straight out over the bay which is one of our favorite parts of the whole trip. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
On top of that, the property offers a great range of extras completely free of charge. Paddle boards, an electric scooter for getting around, sun loungers and umbrellas right on the beach and bicycles for exploring the area. It made it so easy to fill our days with activity without spending anything extra or hunting down rentals elsewhere.
What really made this place special was the host Dragana. She was incredibly warm and welcoming. She didn't just make us feel like guests on holiday but like family visiting. She looked after every little detail during our stay and even arranged an affordable transfer back to Podgorica Airport for us when it was time to leave.
Dragana and her children are honestly one of the reasons we already can't wait to come back to Kotor. If you're looking for a place that combines a great location, thoughtful extras and genuine hospitality, this is it. Highly recommended.

I just finished my stay at Apart Hotel Maxim, and I can honestly say I had the kindest and most wonderful hosts of all my travels—and I've traveled quite a lot. Ana and Vladimir made me feel like family from the moment I arrived, even though we had only just met.
The rooms are warm, welcoming, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The stunning view over the bay ( from the balcony )is breathtaking, and having direct access to the beach right outside the hotel is a huge bonus. The hotel also offers complimentary amenities such as SUP boards, bicycles, and other beach equipment, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The beach is clean, the water is crystal clear, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery just a short walk away. The Old Town is also within walking distance, making the location absolutely perfect.
Ana went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly accommodating, kind, and always happy to help. I will truly miss her warmth, kindness, and beautiful spirit.
At the end of my stay and on departure Ana took me herself to the airport. I am beyond grateful for meeting such a lovely human being !
I cannot recommend Apart Hotel Maxim highly enough. If you're looking for exceptional hospitality, a fantastic location, and a place that truly feels like a home away from home, this is it. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and i hope I will come back here !

The cleanliness and atmosphere: The apartment is very clean and cozy.
Comfort and amenities: The beds are very comfortable, and it is fully stocked with plenty of linens, blankets, pillows, and towels.
The balcony and the view: The double balcony is stunning (with lounge chairs and a hammock), and the view of the bay is gorgeous—you can even see it fully right from the bed.
The hospitality and service: The owner and her sons are exceptionally nice and ready to help with absolutely anything.
The free perks: A fully equipped private beach (lounge chairs, umbrellas, shower), free use of a SUP and kayak, and free electric scooters to ride around.
The apartment is simple and a bit outdated.
The kitchen is small and not suited for those who love to cook

Мы с мужем провели незабываемые 9 дней в апартаментах Анны и остались в полном восторге от самих апартаментов , потрясающей локации и живописных видов с огромной террасы. Нам достались очень просторные апартаменты с прямым видом на море, полностью оборудованы для длительного проживания. Здесь есть все и даже больше для приготовления пищи, все отлично работает , большой холодильник , много посуды. Порадовал мощный напор воды (часто встречали обратное на морских курортах) ,и целых две душевые кабины, что очень удобно для семьи. Старый город в пешей доступности , минут 20-25 примерно, мы гуляли каждый день. Очень здорово, что есть предоставляется бесплатная парковка у дома и частный пляж буквально в 30 метрах. Также хозяева любезно предоставляют лежаки, зонтики, велосипеды и каяки, и все это бесплатно для гостей . В минуте ходьбы пара отличных ресторанов. И, конечно же, огромное спасибо хозяевам Ане и Володе за теплый прием и готовность помочь в любой момент. Однозначно рекомендуем и вернемся вновь в этот райский уголок.
