Pros:

Très bien situé, a proximité du centre ville donc proche des restaurants, et des transports.
Le personnel est au top ( de la réception aux femmes de chambre ).
Le petit déjeuner style anglais est délicieux et toujours bien fourni.
Une superbe adresse!! Nous reviendrons c'est certain !!!

La propreté, l’emplacement

Cons:

Un groupe de jeune jouait au ballon dans la piscine donc impossible d’être tranquilles ainsi qu’un groupe de fille qui mettait la musique à fond dans leur chambre.
Dommage que le personnel ne dise rien

Sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel, das unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen hat!
Pros:

Besonders familienfreundlich, ruhige Lage in Old Town mit leckeren Tavernen um die Ecke. Extrem freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Anlage. Super Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Das junge Eigentümerpaar war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend!

Das Bad war tatsächlich etwas kompakt, aber sehr sauber und ausreichend

Pros:

Alles was top, ik voelde mij erg welkom, vriendelijk personeel.
Alles is nieuw, locatie is goed en rustig ( geen nachtelijk lawaai )
Ontbijtbuffet ook top

Cons:

Vervang alsjeblieft de koffiemachine bij het ontbijbuffet voor een bonenmachine 🙏🏼
Verder zeer tevreden.

מלון מדהים, נעים, נקי ומבריק. יחס מדהים של הצוות! ארוחת בוקר מעולה הכל מכינים במקום. הבר במלון והקוקטיילים מעולים! הבריכה מושלמת. מלון פשוט מושלם וחלומי עוד נחזור אליו שוב. צוות משפחתי שעושה הכל לטובת האורחים. יחס אישי, מיקום מעולה.

It was absolutely wonderful
Pros:

Very modern and clean large rooms especially the suite, lovely sized pool and pool are with sunbeds and recliners for your leisure. Private entrance to your flat makes it feel like you are at home. These are very modern rooms with AC and a lovely balcony with a view of the cretan mountains.
