I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel near Islamabad Airport. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers with early or late flights. What really stood out to me was the staff service — everyone was polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of.the hotel was very safe and secure

Neat and clean place, near to Airport.

Cons:

There is al most no one at the reception at any given time, no phone in the room to connect to reception or room service, TV and table lamp has no connection whatsoever, the elevator was out of order (during my stay al least).

Hospitable and friendly staff
Pros:

Nasir the front desk accepted me at my late check in.

The guys were over the top on their customer service. I had an issue with my bankcards and they paid using their own money first until i fixed mine. The staff are the nicest with this hotel :)


Remember you pay less so dont expect 5star amenities. I didnt get to shower so i dont have any info stayed for few hours only.

Bed was comfortable and new

Also dida ali was nice and helpful
