Vstup do hotelu je z průchodu prodejen zeleniny a trafiky, kde se kouří a není to moc příjemné. Jejich placené parkování (garáž) je skoro na druhé straně Znojma.

Zurückgewiesen und beschämt: So geht man mit Gästen nicht um!

Mitten im Zentrum, schöne Zimmer, aber bei der Dachschräge kann man sich beim Aufstehen vom Bett den Kopf anstoßen.

Cons:

Auf der Booking.com Seite stand "mit Frühstück", deshalb habe ich mich für dieses Zimmer entschieden. Vor der Anreise wurde mir ein Text auf tschechisch gesendet. Ich bat, mir eine deutsche oder englische Version zu senden. Keine Reaktion. So nahm ich meinen Übersetzer vom Handy zu Hilfe. Es waren Informationen über Schlüssel, wo das Frühstück einzunehmen sei, und die Preise des Wellnessbereiches. Als wir nächsten Tag zum Frühstück gehen wollten, informierte mich die nette Dame an der Rezeption auf Tschechisch (wieder kein Wort Englisch od. Deutsch, wir verwendeten beide unser Handy zu übersetzen), dass wir kein Frühstück gebucht hätten, und wir es extra bezahlen müssten. Nachdem sie mit ihrer Chefin telefoniert hatte, bekam ich eine Menge Screenshots von der Booking-Seite, die angeblich belegen sollten, dass wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben sollten, die ich auf meiner Booking-Seite noch nie gesehen hatte.
Als ich diesen Sachverhalt der Chefin nochmal schriftlich über die Chat-Funktion schickte, kam in einer knappen Antwort auf Englisch: Es gab noch nie Probleme, andere Gäste hätten das gewusst.
Mich ärgert nicht der Preis, sondern wie man mit Gästen hier umgeht. Eine schlichte Entschuldigung, ein höflicher Satz hätte mir gereicht. So fühle ich mich zurückgewiesen und beschämt. So sollte man nicht mit Gasten umgehen!

Cons:

V létě jsme měli otevřené okno a na náměstí byl šílený bordel do 2 do rána, přestože se nekonala, žádná akce. Bohužel se tam stahují opilci a různá verbež z okolí.

Personál milý, snídaně průměrné, ale všeho dostatek.
Pros:

Nejvíce se mám líbila lokalita. Ubytování přímo v centru. Pěkná koupelna, k dispozici pračka, lednička, rychlovarná konvice, toustovač, klimatizace, tu jsme opravdu ocenili. Wellness jsme z důvodu vysokých teplot nevyužili.

Cons:

Čistota🥺, prach na ledničce, prach za nočními stolky, flekatý koberec, v pokoji. Nevysypaný koš na balkoně, balkon by si celkové zasloužil trochu úklidu a péče. V pokoji, kde jsme spali, velmi měkké proleželé matrace a poškozený rošt, ze kterého vypadávala prkna.

Chybí šatní skříně, málo nádobí v kuchyňce. Není výtah.
