A clean, calm hotel in the heart of Kandy.
Pros:

Great central location - close to everything (note: it is up a hill, but not a bad walk), the best air conditioning we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Good shower, clean, reliable service. Sithija is busy working, but responds quickly to WhatsApp for anything you need. The included breakfast was tasty and just what we ordered.

Pros:

The staff was nice and the breakfast overlooking the city was way above the expectations.

Cons:

For the entire night there was some party at the building. The music was live and extremely loud. It was nearly impossible to sleep. Toilet was very disgusting, the seat should be replaced immediately.

They are spring matresses..

Pros:

The view over Kandy is well worth the location being slightly out of town - rooms were super clean and comfortable, the staff were also so helpful! Breakfast was lovely too - definitely recommend!

Pros:

Stayed here for a day. A budget hotel as needed. Room is clean with good spreads and toiletteries. The caretaker suthij is extremely polite and helpful. Food is good for the price. Totally satisfied with the stay.

Cons:

Arranging a kettle or facililities for coffee or tea in the room would be great
