Pros:

Comodo il self-chekin, posizione ottima, a 2 passi dal mare e lungomare per la sera dove ci sono locali, ristoranti e tanto altro. Parcheggio gratuito lungo la strada o piazzole vicine molto comodi e tranquille.
Casa molto carina e ben curata, silenziosa e accogliente.

Cons:

Il bagno è molto piccolo e la doccia non ha una tenda o porta e quindi si bagna tutto il pavimento e il tappeto.

Pros:

Nos encantó todo, el precioso apartamento está decorado y aprovechado, pensando hasta en el más mínimo detalle que pudieras necesitar para tener una estancia maravillosa. Se nota claramente en la decoración que se ha preparado con mucho esmero y cariño. Además de bonito, ha resultado comodísimo, está a 50 metros de la playa y Su maravilloso mar. Su terraza es estupenda para desayunar. Dispone de tendedero para secar la ropa de playa. Un buen aire acondicionado. Todo lo necesario para poder desayunar en el apartamento, algo que yo agradezco mucho porque me gusta tomar café nada más me levanto. María es una anfitriona atenta y preocupada en cada detalle para hacerte sentir como en tu casa. Nos encantó el detalle de tener bebida fría y dulces locales a nuestra llegada.

La zona es animada, está llena de restaurantes y bares, pero el apartamento es tranquilo y silencioso.

Cons:

Para mí gusto, lo único que mejoraría es la cama porque es demasiado baja, y el colchón poco confortable. Tal vez mejoraría bastante con un tupper

Cosy and very clean studio close to the beach and to restaurant.
Pros:

The studio was very cosy, beautifully furbished (true to pictures), very clean, well positioned, in an area with lots of places to eat and to shop, very close to the beach. The host was very nice and responsive, ready to help when and if needed. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is spacious, has everything you need, is very clean and modern, has a nice seaview balcony.
The owner is amazing and very helpfull.
She even changed the bed matress in the next day when I told her that is not confortable. I really appreciated the effort. Thank you again, Maria!

Very comfortable stay in a perfectly located spot
Pros:

Cozy property ideal for couple, which is perfectly located a stones throw from the Nikiti Beach and great restaurants along the seafront. Parking was east along the road.

Cons:

Ideal for short stay with little luggage. Wasn’t an issue for us but the bathroom is quite small.

Proper place for the right people, check all comments to be prepared.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the host was very responsive and friendly, she even allowed us to check in early, which was a nice gesture. The price was fair for the area, but there were several downsides that affected our stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and quite inconvenient, especially for families with small children, it could be a real challenge. The beds could definitely be more comfortable, though that wasn’t the biggest issue. A curtain broke on the first day and unfortunately took six days to get fixed, which was quite inconvenient, perhaps just bad luck on our part.

The kitchen is very limited, only suitable for preparing small snacks or a salad, so don’t plan on cooking meals there. The neighborhood can get noisy at times due to its compact layout and close proximity to neighbors. Parking is available, but it’s first-come, first-served, so you may need to spend time moving your car around to find a spot.
