Albergo consigliato anche se sarebbe necessaria una cura più approfondita verso i clienti abituali
Pros:

La struttura che frequento spesso è molto ben collegata sia con tram che con metro. Ogni volta mi muovo benissimo

Cons:

Questa volta ho avuto problemi con le stanze. La prima era rumorosa è brutta, sembrava di stare in un garage. Ho chiesto di cambiare ed il personale gentilissimo ha trovato una soluzione alternativa ma la stanza era meglio collocata ma grande quanto un loculo. È la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere

Pros:

Vicinissima alla metro, comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi. Personale gentile, zona tranquilla.

Por ser un hotel deben mejorar muchísimo !
Cons:

Habitación con olor a cigarro, cuando está prohibido fumar. Hicimos el reclamo y por suerte pudimos cambiar de habitación.
Mala señal de wifi. Sobre la ducha estaba tapada.
Pedimos que no pasen a hacer la habitación incluso poniendo cartel de “no molestar “ e incumplieron, entraron igual a hacer la habitación.
Las almohadas eran para niños, poco relleno.

Agradable y atento
Pros:

Hotel a 6 minutos caminando de la estación de metro alser strabe
Es muy fácil moverte desde aquí por toda la ciudad
Esta a 10 minutos en transporte de la Catedral de San Esteban , es una zona más económica para quedarte pero muy bien ubicada
El personal del hotel es muy amable
Ofrecen un desayuno buffer por 9,90€ , esta muy bien y variado y es muy buen precio en comparación con los precios de Viena
