A wonderful surprise on my way to the north.
Pros:

Hyvä yöpymispaikka sopivasti Reykjavikin ja Akureyrin puolimatkassa
Pros:

Olimme matkalla Islannin ympäri ykköstietä - seitsemän päivää aikaa, joten joka päivä oli vaihdettava yöpymispaikkaa. Saavuimme iltapäivälennolla (16.30) Keflavik'iin ja katsoimme ensimmäisen päivän sopivaksi ajomatkaksi kolmisen tuntia, siksi valinnaksi tuli Laugarbakki. Sopiva paikka yöpyä ja vastasi odotuksiamme. Erinomaisen ystävällinen vastaanotto, saimme huoneen ja pääsimme nukkumaan. Aamiainen oli riittävä ja monipuolinen.

Cons:

Islannissa hintataso on kova ja niin se on hotelleissakin. Matkamme osui sesongin alkuun, joten hinnat vielä jotenkin siedettäviä, Laugarbakki kaikista siedettävin - yksi yö kahdelta aamiaisineen 160 €! Itse hotelli oli varsin miellyttävä kokemus kaikkineen.

Perfekt für eine Rundreise
Pros:

Großes gemütliches Zimmer, viel Platz auch im Badezimmer, sehr freundliche Menschen, kostenlose Hot-Pots im Hof. Gutes Restaurant dabei, sonst ist in der Nähe auch nichts vorhanden.
Sehr gute Option für die Durchreise.

Great overnight stop on route 1 with excellent food.
Pros:

Simple but comfortable room. Very comfortable bed and great shower.
Very nice evening meal and breakfast. Easy access from route 1 and loads of parking!
(Sorry no food photos)

Cons:

Room basic and quite clinical.
Waffle mix and grill at breakfast was a disaster. I saw 3 other people struggle with it as well as me.
Hot tubs too hot. Possibly because they had lid on?

Pros:

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Heel attent.

Het was best prijzig, in vergelijking met andere hotels op IJsland.

Szuper lokáció, kedves személyzet

Cons:

Franciaágyat kértem, de két külön egyszemélyes ágyat kaptunk. Szálláshelyen a vacsora lehetősegek nagyon drágák.
