Pros:

Melianthos Villas is literally close to perfection. The rooms are pristine. The views are breathtaking. The pool area is peaceful. You get breakfast to your room every morning with delicious warm pastries, fruit, yogurt and granola. The manager Demetrious could not be more welcoming or responsive. The housekeeping team is thorough and expert. I loved every minute here and can't recommend it more highly.

Cons:

It should be made clear on the listing that visitors require a rental car that can climb a very steep incline to get to the hotel. It's fine, but a small automatic car can struggle a bit on the switchbacks.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Melianthos Villas. The place is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly peaceful. Our villa offered a breathtaking view, which we enjoyed every morning from our balcony.

One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast basket delivered to our door each morning — fresh, generous, and perfect to enjoy with that stunning view.

The location is quiet yet ideal for exploring the island. The interior was stylish and comfortable, with great attention to detail.

The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with tips and recommendations. We felt genuinely cared for.

Highly recommended — we’d love to return!

This is a wonderful place in the countryside, beautifully built, very relaxing and therapeutic.
Pros:

We loved the breakfast delivered to our terrace with fresh, local produce. The pool and terrace is fabulous along with the fantastic view of the bay below. The road up is a lot of fun, it's steep and winding. Breathtaking!

Cons:

There wasn't thyme.

A paradise in Sifnos

It was such a perfect week. The incredible place, facilities, so confortable, so clean, the kindness of Dimitrios and his lovely team. What a view. So quiet, so beautiful, relaxing, and Vathi bay at the bottom, beach, taverns. Only positive vibes !

It was beautiful. Lovely view. The room was very nice and comfortable and the pool was great. The owner was very nice and greeted us when we got there and sent an email with great suggestions for restaurants with links.

Cons:

We had missed our window to clean the room and when we left the room the owner said the staff couldn’t clean it as it was outside working hours. It was 4 pm. It would have been nice if it was cleaned. They did make sure we had enough water so that was good. It felt a little secluded but I think that was the point …

A wonderful mountain top villa!
Pros:

Its a great location, the drive up is a bit of a gradient... but the whole island is like this.. the views from the villa was fantastic!
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. You are served a breakfast breakfast with lots of goodies so that you may eat at your leisure on your veranda.. the swimming pool was just right and a lovely sun trap.. The kitchen comes supplied with basics of coffee pods, water - this is not an island for tea... :-)
Water is supplied as the tap water is not really for consumption.
The drive to the beach is about 7 minus, walking it may take a good 20 - 30 mins.. the trip up is steep..
Dimitios was really helpful especially in answering our questions or our requests..
Could not fault the staff or the location at all.

Amazing views and very comfortable and well equipped. Close to Vathy town that’s has great restaurants, coffee and beach. You will need a car to access but worth it
