We had a wonderful stay at Alhambra Thalasso. The hotel has a beautiful Moroccan-inspired design that gives it a unique and elegant atmosphere.
The food was excellent, with great quality and a good variety of options. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful. Unlike some hotels, there was no pressure at all for tips, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the beach.
Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hammamet. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Communication pas digne d'un hôtel 5etoiles surtt la responsable de réservation .

La responsable du booking et la responsable du thalasso. N'ont aucun savoir du 5 étoile . Réponse bref sec et sans aucun intérêt au client. En plus une réponse tardive de 2 jours . C j'habite au Canada j'ai réservé 2 nuite pour mes parent pour la fête des mère. Ils ont demandés dès papiers on dirait je demande le visa. J'ai tout envoyé preuve de paiement/carte bancaire/passport TT afin de m'assurer qu'il ne gêne pas mes parent pendant le check in mais la dame qui me répondait ne prenais mm pas la peine de me rassurer. Elle répond par un simple mot reçu . J'ai du lui rappeler de ment6a la réception que mes parents ne soient pas dérangée mais aucune communication. A la réception ils on dérangé mes parent encore pour le papier et tout malgré que la fille du booking Dorsaf a confirmé la réception de tout les doc . C dommage

Pros:

Séjour une nouvelle fois exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. C’était ma troisième visite, et comme à chaque fois, je repars entièrement satisfait.

L’établissement est idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. L’ambiance est calme et agréable, et l’accueil est toujours extrêmement chaleureux. Toute l’équipe est attentionnée et professionnelle, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Un grand bravo également pour la qualité de la nourriture, qui est excellente. Chaque repas est un véritable plaisir.
Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation. Après trois séjours, je n’ai jamais regretté d’y être venu, bien au contraire. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
