Nourriture ok le reste est à désirer

Le choix de la restauration est appréciable et la nourriture était diversifiée et bonne.

Cons:

Quelle déception, aucun sens du client les hôtesses d’accueil sont très hautaines et répond de manière très froide, très peu de chaleur humaine. Le service hôtelier 0, pas de cafetière pas de bouilloire pas de serviette à notre arrivée. Nous avons contacté 6 fois la réception et attendu 4h pour obtenir nos services de bain… ce n’est clairement pas un 5 étoiles… le prix est assez élevé pour ce 3etoiles. Je ne recommande pas, la piscine est minuscule nous sommes les uns sur les autres. Et les commerciaux pour la partie soin manque de tact. Concernant les informations plusieurs sons de cloches concernant les réductions. L’hôtel est très vieux et la plage n’est pas en accès direct et très petite.

صاحب التك توك من الهوتيل الي البحر ومطعم اللي ع البحر

Cons:

عدم التنظيف الجناح بعد مكالمات كتيرة حتي جاؤا للتنظيف لايوجد حداد في الغرفة وعندما طلبت مكوي ملابس لم يتم توفيرها وقالوا لي الي الصبح وانا كلمتهم الساعة 6.30 مساء

والفندق قديم لاتوجد بيه صيانات حديثة مثل الغرف وأحواض السباحة وكانت المطابخ او بمعني البار اللي ع المسبح غير نظيف

Excellent hotel with outstanding service—we will definitely come back!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Alhambra Thalasso. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the swimming pools and private beach were excellent. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place for a family vacation.

Cons:

There was nothing major to complain about.

The worst service I have ever received!

Cons:

I hate complaining and very rarely do … but if you’re going to stay a 5* hotel then please avoid this one. Staff so unwelcoming, couldn’t even lend me a power adapter … even a 3* hotel in Tunis were able to do that!!! Didn’t even say goodbye as I was leaving for my taxi, service desperately poor.

Pros:

The massage was amazing with Laza and reception was very helpful. In addition the guest relation person Hadil was extremely helpful and kind towards us.

Cons:

This hotel falls far short of UK five-star standards. Breakfast items like cereal and milk weren't visible in the small dining hall, and soft drinks at dinner were charged extra—unlike any other five-star we've experienced. Food was decent some days, but desserts lacked variety.

Worse still, a pipe burst, flooding our room with boiling water at 3 a.m. Maintenance was slow, I burned my foot, we were moved with no help, and the manager (Mohammed) refused even a goodwill upgrade to full board. No welcome drink, no luggage assistance—basic courtesies missing.

In a UK five-star hotel management would go above and beyond in such circumstances, understanding the long-term value of a guest who will recommend the hotel to others.


Other UK guests we spoke with agreed: by Tunisian standards perhaps, but not internationally. Your "we'll investigate" response is the usual empty promise. Manage guest expectations honestly—this is not a five-star stay. I hope this helps others decide.

Ich kann die 5-Sterne-Bewertung dieses Hotels nicht nachvollziehen. Aus meiner Sicht entspricht das Hotel nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hauses. Die Anlage wirkt sehr alt, das Personal ist für diese Kategorie nicht ausreichend geschult und der Service war enttäuschend.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war leider nicht überzeugend. Beim Abendessen haben wir sogar Haare im Essen gefunden, sodass wir lieber außerhalb essen gegangen sind.

Für den Preis bekommt man meiner Meinung nach definitiv bessere Hotels mit höherem Standard, besserem Service und einer deutlich angenehmeren Atmosphäre.
