Muy por debajo de lo esperado para un hotel de 5 estrellas
Pros:

En el lado positivo, las habitaciones son amplias y en general confortables, y tanto la piscina exterior con solárium como la piscina cubierta están bien cuidadas y resultan agradables. El restaurante es aceptable y el personal, especialmente los camareros, es simpático y ofrece un buen trato durante la estancia.

Cons:

En cuanto a los aspectos negativos, el hotel está lejos del nivel de un 5 estrellas europeo, siendo más comparable a uno de 3 estrellas. La cama es demasiado dura y el servicio presenta varias deficiencias: problemas con el cambio de toallas y reposición de geles y champú, teniendo que reclamarlos en varias ocasiones. La oferta gastronómica se vuelve repetitiva a partir de varios días, con poca variedad de fruta en el desayuno, ausencia de tostador y un café de muy baja calidad. El spa tiene instalaciones antiguas y problemas de higiene (toallas con mal olor e incluso presencia de cucarachas), y el gimnasio es directamente peligroso, con máquinas rotas o en mal estado. Además, no se pueden cargar consumiciones a la habitación, obligando a pagar constantemente, lo que resulta incómodo. Por último, el acceso a la playa no es cercano y requiere caminar más de lo esperado.

Hôtel digne de ses 5 étoiles

L’établissement est magnifique, digne d’un vrai 5 étoiles, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est la qualité humaine du personnel.
Un immense merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et la convivialité de toute l’équipe. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leurs sourires constants. Ils ont été également très attentionnés envers notre enfant de 2 ans et demi, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Un remerciement spécial à Ibrahim, le responsable, pour son professionnalisme et son sens du service remarquable, ainsi qu’à Hadil et Jasser à l’accueil. Merci également à toute l’équipe, de la réception au check-out, en passant par le restaurant et même le personnel croisé dans les couloirs : tous ont été irréprochables.
Je tiens aussi à recommander vivement le massage californien : un moment incroyable. Un grand merci à Amani, qui a été exceptionnelle, elle a réussi à me soulager le dos comme personne ne l’avait fait auparavant, même après plusieurs expériences en France.
Un séjour parfait que je recommande sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
