Pros:

Far away from the center, you need to take a taxi there, but the Fetish market is in a walking distance. Quiet area and good restaurant on spot. The staff speaks basic English.

Cons:

The room is very basic and dated. No air condition, fridge or even glasses and drinking water. Only fan, which is not always enough and it gets hot as soon as you turn it off.

Pros:

24 hour staff help was helpful because I checked in very late due to a late-night flight, I believe it was around 2:30 AM. I ate & had coffee at the restaurant on site every day. Local cuisine, solid menu, A/C inside in the restaurant. They take Visa payment. The "Hotel Ambassadors" located sign at the main street helps taxi drivers find the hotel easier. There's a guy sitting outside the front door who helps with luggage and is practically security, but the area appears safe. 20 minute walk to the Fetish Market, 15 minute drive from the airport. You definitely gotta take a taxi to Lome Central Market, Lome Palace, etc.

Cons:

Wifi was not very reliable in my room which was the 2nd floor. The wifi is solid on the first floor next to reception and the restaurant. "Ventilated" sounds great but it means there's a fan in the room that didn't help much, the room was hot. Every room should have A/C, it's fine if you charge more.

Pros:

Very helpful staff. Rooms with a fan and WiFi. Great value. Just a typical African no frills hotel. Close to the airport and fetish market. Very quiet at night.
