Old fashioned but clean, good location
Pros:

I like the location in a quieter part of Addis but still central to everything. Staff spoke limited English but were helpful. My bed was very comfortable. It's a good price for an area I wanted to stay in. I felt safe in the hotel and in this area which is very important as a single traveller. I had read some poor reviews so my expectations were exceeded. It's not luxury by any means but it's fine for the money.

Cons:

My shower worked but the flow head was damaged on the hand held jet. The shower also flooded over to the sink just a poor design. The hotel is a little old and bedrooms old fashioned but it's good value. Would have been nice to have had eggs for breakfast but I think I could have paid for these as am extra.

Pas confortable
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas varié, plus de spécialité locales qu'autres choses je me suis contenter du café au lait.

Cons:

coupures répétitives d'électricité et l'eau chaude dans la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas. Obligé de me rendre à l'accueil chaque fois que je devais prendre une douche pour qu'on l'active.
