This hotel's location is great, close enough to the action/night life but far enough that the noise is minimal. The neighborhood has more restaurants and cafes than bars, and is nice to walk around. The hotel itself makes it clear that sex tourism is not welcome, which we very much appreciated. Only one staff member speaks English, but we are in Colombia, and all staff are so patient and happy to help that this is no problem. The room was nice, a good size with a small fridge and a hot shower. I would absolutely stay here again.
I would only change 2 things about this hotel: 1) The curtain for the hallway window should be a blackout curtain. With the lovely skylight, it is a shame to be woken up when the hallway light turns on and off during the night. 2) The bed is very hard. This may be common in Colombia, but I would prefer a mattress pad so the bed is a bit softer.
Excelente localização num bairro belíssimo e que não é tão distante do metrô. O hotel é simples mas muito confortável, oferece boas opções de café da manhã também.

De tudo. Funcionários atenciosos e solicitos, quarto lindo, moderno e muito confortável. Com toalhas, água quente, ar-condicionado e camas excelentes. Café da manhã também muito bom. Pertinho da Estação do metrô de Poblado, parque, bares e restaurantes. Amamos tudo

We really enjoyed our stay here- we even extended for another few nights. Both rooms we booked were comfy and clean. The location is safe, and relatively quiet for Poblado. The staff were really helpful, and the inclusive breakfast was the yummiest we had in all of Colombia. It was also nice having the rooftop terrace to relax on

El hotel es excelente, más de lo que esperaba. El trato de todos los empleados excelente. Salí dos veces temprano y se preocuparon por nuestro desayuno antes de irnos. Un hotel muy limpio tranquilo y en un lugar excepcional, todo muy cerca y flexible. Mil gracias por todas sus atenciones y hacer nuestros días tan especiales.
Really clean, really central place.
Really disappointed by who noisy they made this room - you heard staff chatting in the corridor loudly until 1am, no desire to keep their voices down. Also cleaning started at 6am, every bang against the walls or pushing their cart down the stairs was heard loud and clear. Very avoidable, I could hear everything very, very clear so rooms had no insulation, and corridors echoed and amplified everything.

Lage und Personal super, Zimmer mit Fenster in den Flur und megaharte Matratze. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
In den Zimmerbeschreibungen könnte stehen, dass die Zimmer kein Fenster haben, jedenfalls keins nach draußen.
Our second stay here. Clean, awesome hot shower delicious breakfast. Location on a lovely green street, lots of restaurants in the area. Recommend.
