Cons:

We thought the breakfast cpuld have been better in terms of selection available off the menu. Service staff could have been more efficient, prompt, and professional.

Wonderful! Handy to many locations in far southern Ireland.
Pros:

Excellent with great variety, warm breakfast options & a fresh continental. Beautiful atmosphere & wonderful staff in the Breakfast room!

Cons:

The exchange rate on the currency from my home country. Made it pricey that way.

Ci è stata assegnata una camera e bagno per portatori di handicap quando io avevo semplicemente chiesto una camera con doccia per piccolo e temporaneo problema ad una gamba....sembra che prenotando tramite Booking.com possa succedere, meglio contattare la struttura direttamente, così come suggerito da loro stessi

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and we had a spacious room with comfortable beds. I liked blackout curtains as this was very important for my kids. Breakfast was lovely with good selection of hot and cold food. The staff in the breakfast room was particularly nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The ventilation in the en suite bathroom could be better as water condensation creates some mould close to the ceiling. Also, I find this hotel expensive.

Mini break away in a lovely family run hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely family run hotel just outside Tralee town .
The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable . We got a great nights sleep ! We had drinks and food in the bar , and everything about it was lovely and reasonably priced too .
I would recommend this hotel .

Cons:

Nothing really ! Ideal for a short stay .

Everything was superb. Our graduation Mass was held in the events hall and food and everything was exceptional
