La atención del personal es muy agradable

Estoy acostumbrada a que en los hoteles de esa categoría hagan limpieza , y mas si se solicita, pero no me cambiaron toallas, no cambiaron sabanas ni almohadas, Me quede 2 noches, me parece que tendrían que hacerlo, entiendo que hoy en dia no suele ser necesario por el tema de ahorro, pero yo si solicite debido a que llegue de un festival y tenia sucia la toalla , el dia siguiente fue incomodo tener que bañarme con lo mismo y dormir con la misma funda de la almohada, además que lo solicite a recepción claramente, REQUIERO LIMPIEZA Y CAMBIO DE TOALLAS, sin embargo no se hizo. solo dieron la vuela las almohadas.
