Le calme, la facilité pour se garer dans la rue, la taille de l'appartement
La salle de bain commune n'est pas très propre et le réfrigérateur commun non plus.
La grande pièce commune et cuisine. Le calme, la climatisation dans la chambre et les ventilateurs dans la pièce commune. Les places de parking dans la rue.
Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre.

Room: Room was good, it had an air condition.
Host: available via message and phone.
Arrival: We informed our host that we are arriving during check-in and he wrote that everything is ready (key where we need to pick it up). We arrived and the key was not there. We contacted our host and he replied that there was some kind of misunderstanding and that someone took the key by mistake. He sent the key with Bolt and we waited for the key to arrive in front of the accommodation in the sun for 45 minutes. Later we read other reviews and it looks like this is not the first time this happened.
Disgusting bathroom: Bathroom, or to be specific, shower was a nightmare. It was filthy with slime, mold, gunk, dirt, and hair. It smelled really bad on mold too. On the second day we saw a worm in the shower (as you can see in the photos). We informed the host about the worm and the filth in the shower and kindly asked him to clean it. He immediately cleaned the worm and apologized but the mold and slime was cleaned on the third day of our stay. Host also informed other guests to clean after themselves but the buildup of dirt in the shower was not from guests staying a few days but it took time to become that way. Unpleasant experience with the bathroom.
Kitchen: Kitchen had a funky unpleasant smell the whole time of our stay and it was not from the cooking.
The owner took very good care of us
