Great for a short stay in Luxembourg
Pros:

The property was as the photos show. Large. Super soft beds and very efficient washing machine
It was just far enough outside the city centre. About 20 mins without traffic
There is 2 flights of steps to walk up to the penthouse. We were lucky the owner was on site when we left and he helped carry my luggage down.
Get off the bus number 10 or 11 at Emilia Metz and walk across the road. You have arrived
To get to the airport there is bus on the same side of the road direct to airport
Couldn't be easier

Cons:

Your on holidays don't worry about the small stuff. And besides I couldn't find anything I didn't like

Pros:

Schöne geräumig Wohnung, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Fahrräder konnten wir in der unverschlossen Garage abstellen.

Cons:

Trotz Schallfenster sehr laut.

Pros:

Die tolle Lage mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Die Größe des Apartments und die große Terrasse.

Cons:

Es war extrem heiß in der Wohnung. Die mobilen Klimageräte nützen rein gar nichts. Helfen würde sicherlich eine echte Klimaanlage oder zumindest eine Markise, damit die Sonne nicht so auf die Fenster knallt und diese aufheizt. ⁹

Goeie locatie, redelijke kwaliteit appartement, zou hem in deze staat niet aanraden
Pros:

Ruimte was mooi, locatie was perfect voor openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Meubilair is erg verouderd. Bank zit niet lekker, je zakt naar voren. Stoelen ook niet echt comfortabel. Buitenmeubels waren vies of verroest. Miste een wasrek en een strijkplank. Mis ook iets voor als het warm is een parasol of zonnekap. Wifi was slecht waardoor tv vaak haperde.

Sauber, tolle Dachterrasse, tolle Verkehrsanbindung
Pros:

Toller Blick von der Dachterasse.
Großes geräumiges Appartment.
Bushaltestelle Stelle direkt vor der Tür. 3 Stationen mit dem kostenlosen Bus direkt in die Innenstadt.
Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Alles sauber und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.

Cons:

Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist etwas ausgesessen.

Appartement confortable et pratique, à deux pas du centre.
Pros:

La taille de l'appartement, très vaste et bien agencé. L'endroit est très bien situé et notre contact a été très prévenant et à l'écoute, malgré un léger retard sur ses réponses.
L'équipement est complet.

Cons:

coté équipemeent quelques vérifications à faire sur certains appareils : trappe de la machine à café qui ne tient pas, pas de piles sur une des télécommandes (nous n'avons pas pu allumer la TV, mais je n'était pas l'objectif du séjour)

Ruim en goed gelegen appartement in een mooi gebouw
Pros:

Dit appartement is goed gelegen, slechts enkele kilometers van Luxemburg stad (10 minuutjes met de bus). Het is ook ruim, alles was proper en Louis is een goede gastheer die altijd klaar staat als er vragen zijn. Wij hadden een probleempje met het warm water bij aankomst, maar het was meteen verholpen. De aankleding van het appartement is gezellig en sfeervol.

Cons:

De parking is heel lastig om in te komen, zelfs met een normale stadswagen. Je moet of een heel goede chauffeur zijn, of een kleinere wagen hebben om er zonder schade in te komen. Verder is het appartement heel warm bij een zonnige dag. Wij waren er in het voorjaar, waardoor we savonds nog alles konden open zetten, maar ik vrees er toch voor bij hoge temperaturen. De aanwezige toestellen zijn geen airco's maar aircooolers. Misschien daar toch eens voor vervanging zorgen?

Pros:

es war sehr großzügig geschnitten, die Dachterrassen sind der Wahnsinn, die Lage etwas außerhalb sehr schön...mit dem Bus ist die Stadt super zu erreichen und das die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos sind, war für uns eine große Überraschung...WC und Bad sind getrennt, was für eine 5-köpfige Familie natürlich super ist😁...danke, dass Hunde zugelassen sind...die Kommunikation war absolut unkompliziert👍
