Parfait !!!
Pros:

Appartement dans une petite résidence coquette et bien entretenue. Explications claires et personnes disponibles en cas de besoin. Appartement très bien équipé, ni trop ni pas assez... Déco très plaisante. Nous étions face à la petite colline, au premier étage... Calme et propreté de l'appartement impeccables... Rangements largement suffisants et cerise sur le gâteau : 2 cartes d'accès à l'appartement par logement. Ce qui est très pratique pour un couple ou un groups d'amis qui ne reste pas toujours ensemble...

Cons:

Seul hic... L'un des trois ventilateurs ne fonctionnait pas, mais ce n'a pas été un soucis car deux nous ont suffit...

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in grosszügigem Appartement in Stadtnähe
Pros:

Das Apartement ist sehr gross und gut ausgestattet, inkl. Küche. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Der Einstellhallenplatz ist nicht geeignet für schlechte Autofahrer, trotzdem genügend gross auch für grössere Fahrzeuge. Die Gebühr von € 20.-- / Tag scheint im ersten Moment teuer, ist aber gerechtfertigt wenn man die Gebühren der öffentlichen Parkplätze anschaut und weiss, dass die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Luxemburg kostenlos sind und die Bushaltestelle genau vor dem Haus liegt.
Es befindet sich ein feines portugisisches Restaurant in demselben Gebäude, sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Strasse, die vor dem Haus durchführt, ist sehr stark befahren.

Pros:

Apartament espectacular!!! Molt gran, confortable, ben ubicat. Llits còmodes i amples, terrasses increïbles, i sense problemes per a aparcar. Molt contents de la estada

Cons:

Aspectes a millorar: la TV no funcionava correctament, imatge es congelava contínuament, haurien de revisar el decodificador. La banyera s'hauria de mirar, feia molt soroll en trepitjar-la.

Llàstima de manca d'ascensor, teniem l'àtic i pujar maletes i queviures 2 pisos....

Tot i així, TOTALMENT RECOMANABLE LA ESTADA, VAL LA PENA

Great for a short stay in Luxembourg
Pros:

The property was as the photos show. Large. Super soft beds and very efficient washing machine
It was just far enough outside the city centre. About 20 mins without traffic
There is 2 flights of steps to walk up to the penthouse. We were lucky the owner was on site when we left and he helped carry my luggage down.
Get off the bus number 10 or 11 at Emilia Metz and walk across the road. You have arrived
To get to the airport there is bus on the same side of the road direct to airport
Couldn't be easier

Cons:

Your on holidays don't worry about the small stuff. And besides I couldn't find anything I didn't like

Pros:

Schöne geräumig Wohnung, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Fahrräder konnten wir in der unverschlossen Garage abstellen.

Cons:

Trotz Schallfenster sehr laut.

Pros:

Die tolle Lage mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Die Größe des Apartments und die große Terrasse.

Cons:

Es war extrem heiß in der Wohnung. Die mobilen Klimageräte nützen rein gar nichts. Helfen würde sicherlich eine echte Klimaanlage oder zumindest eine Markise, damit die Sonne nicht so auf die Fenster knallt und diese aufheizt. ⁹

Goeie locatie, redelijke kwaliteit appartement, zou hem in deze staat niet aanraden
Pros:

Ruimte was mooi, locatie was perfect voor openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Meubilair is erg verouderd. Bank zit niet lekker, je zakt naar voren. Stoelen ook niet echt comfortabel. Buitenmeubels waren vies of verroest. Miste een wasrek en een strijkplank. Mis ook iets voor als het warm is een parasol of zonnekap. Wifi was slecht waardoor tv vaak haperde.
