Für eine Woche und für unempfindliche Menschen die eine günstige Bleibe in Rethymno suchen Okay.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels. Die Küche war für Selbstversorger voll ausgestattet. Fitnessraum war OK, Badelaken für Liegestühle kostenlos. Personal an der Rezeption freundlich aber unverbindlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung war eine Katastrophe. Essensreste von vorherigen Gästen in den Schränken, Überall Staub und Haare, trotz täglicher "Reinigung" ... sehr oberflächlich!
Es existierten nur Laken zum zudecken, was für heiße Sommertage sinnvoll ist, aber nicht im Oktober.
Kreta-Ansichtskarten für Familie an Rezeption abgegeben - kamen aber nie an (wahrscheinlich nicht versandt)!!
Sehr viele Tauben im Innenhof, dementsprechend laut und schmutzig. Gebühren für Liegestühle am Strand, 5,- p.Tg., war nicht in der Booking.com-Hotelbeschreibung ausgewiesen.

Buena estancia en Rethymno
Pros:

depto moderno con instalaciones casi nuevas, bien insonorizado. tiene ascensor !! excelente ducha con buena presion.

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location, right by the beach. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, and there was a separating wall between the kitchen area and the bed area - which was very nice when it came to the AC, since the AC was in the kitchen area, so you could keep the room cooled without having cold air blowing directly towards the bed.

Cons:

Not a big issue, but the pool being in an inner courtyard between several tall-ish buildings meant that starting mid-afternoon the whole pool would be in the shade for the rest of the day. So if you want to go to the pool, better earlier in the day.
There was a coffee filter in the room, would be nice to have a capsule/nespresso machine.

Prisvärt, fräscht och trevligt
Pros:

Bodde i ett deluxe superior rum. Otroligt modernt med allt som behövs. Jag lagade inte mat men såg att det fanns tillbehör för att kunna göra det. Stort kök/vardagsrum och stort sovrum. Badrummet vet jag att folk kan tycka är små men det störde inte mig alls.
Jag bokade otroligt nära inpå så lyckades inte få havsutsikt men jag skulle absolut betala lite extra för det. Utsikten blir annars mot innergården och poolen. Störde inte mig heller, gick bara ut och såg på utsikten därifrån.
Personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam!
Städningen var bra men skulle bara dra en extravända under madrassen efter varje besök.
Det finns massa restauranger på gatan nedanför (både turistiga men också små fina tavernor). Rakt över gatan ligger beachen.
Tar cirka 20 min att gå in till själva staden Rethmynon.

Cons:

Har inget att klaga på. Ta bara en extra runda under madrassen efter gäst checkat ut :)

Okay for a short stay, but I wouldn't book it again
Pros:

The view over the sea and to the old harbour is attractive. The beach consists of rows and rows of sun loungers and parasols. Great if that's your beach cup of tea. Reception staff are nice and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is on a very busy road, traffic until late at night. Parking is not easy anywhere in Rethymno. Try turning right at the corner where the hotel is (there's a car hire place at that corner) and look for street parking on your right. You might be lucky. My morning was a bit spoilt by incessant beeping from the room's electronics (I assume the aircon). Removing the room key from the "socket" for 30 seconds sorted the issue. Worst of all, the sheets smelt weird (the detergent used by the hotel?).
