The staff were wonderful! Always helpful and accommodating. The location was great. The concept is terrific. Very clean, very welcoming.
The exposure of the women’s 2nd floor bathroom. Don’t need a large window…bathrooms are typically private for a reason. Also the door wouldn’t close so women are always exposed directly to the men’s washroom. That’s exposure on both sides and it’s not comfortable. Air circulation in the bottom capsules was not particularly good. I found it hot. And the Bluetooth connections were iffy. When I would go in through the app to adjust the lighting I’d have to re-sign in with my confirmation number. However, I wasn’t given my confirmation number in my receipt so I’d have to keep asking at the desk. Fortunately, you have absolutely extraordinary staff and they were always very helpful. One last point, I think you should have additional hooks on the walls in the capsules. Here in Iceland people have a lot of clothes and it’s so much more convenient if they have places to hang them. The hangers don’t come off, that’s understandable. Nor do they allow for someone to hang up their pants. And there’s no hook to hang their pants on. All easy to fix, and that would make my stay perfect again, High, compliments to the staff… I can’t say that enough!
Great location to access downtown. Great price for a very comfortable little dorm. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Surprisingly very quiet, which resulted in us sleeping in later than expected.
Honestly no complaints. Would definitely stay here again. First experience in hostel style lodging and it was very pleasant.
Kleine maar comfortabele kamertjes, met een lekker matras, gezellige verlichting en schoon.
Ook het sanitair was keurig. Personeel erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was lekker, met lokaal eten. Leuk!

It was clean and tidy. The rooms were a good size for me as a solo traveller. The hang out area was well stocked with appliances and plates, bowls and utensils for making your own quick meals.
Everything!! I arrived at 1:45AM exhausted and was greeted by the loveliest staff who got me checked in quickly. I slept SO WELL in the soundproof pod and the communal space is gorgeous.

La propreté. La salle de bain commune était en permanence inondée et sale. Des cheveux sur le sol à toute heure. Je n'ai jamais vu personne nettoyer la salle de bain. Les lavabos sont mal conçus et l'eau coule partout sur le sol.. Vraiment dommage pour un établissement comme celui-ci. J'ai testé le cityhub de Copenhague et la salle de bains commune était au contraire très propre.
