Pros:

Facilities were good. Very convenient set up.

Cons:

Saw a guest intoxicated and definitely not in the right state of mind. Preferred if such behaviour is banned from the accommodation.

Pros:

The location is perfect, everything you could need is within walking distance. The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming, hotel is nice and clean. The communal areas are excellent, especially the hot tub.

City Hub is the future of short stay travel.
Pros:

I am claustrophobic and found the accommodations too small. The check-in was extremely understanding, warm, and kind. I stayed the one night, instead of the four, but I wish that I had, as the room was very comfortable, cozy, clean, and a very pleasant experience than anticipated. The manager issued me a refund due to my anxiety and need to cancel, which is not customary.

I will absolutely recommend CITY HUB and will return. The facilities were very clean, modern, welcoming and creative decor. There's even a little wooden crate in the counter for people to leave their leftovers for others. That was so thoughtful. And the communal space was art decco and well designed.

It is an experience one needs to have once in their life.

Cons:

Bringing my suitcase up the stairs in the lobby. I wish there was a small ramp to assist. A better online representation of the rooms. I completely missed the description model of the room.

Modern and fun
Pros:

The location, it was very clean, staff were friendly. And the hubs were more spacious than I expected. The rooftop hot tub is a brilliant feature also. The lighting in the pods was fun too! Such a vibe. I felt really safe as a solo traveller.

Cons:

Nothing, it was great.

総じて快適に過ごせた。今後またレイキャビクを訪れるとしたら、同じホテルを利用したい。
Pros:

ロケーション、スタッフの対応、シャワーやトイレの清潔さは良かったです。
ツアー用のピックアップバス停（6番カルチャーハウス）から単純な道で行けるので、非常に助かる。

Cons:

部屋の照明が暗い。落ち着くが、本を読むには暗すぎる。天候が厳しい時期なので部屋で読書するつもりだったが、照明が暗すぎてストレス。持参したペンライトを使って読んだ。
自分は持参したが、各部屋に電気ポットがあれば最高。
