Το διαμερισμα ήταν ολοκαίνουριο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ ζεστό και άνετο. Ο οικοδεσπότης απαντάει πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα για πληροφορίες που ίσως χρειαστούν και ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και κατατοπιστικος. Υπάρχει παρκινγκ στη πυλωτή, ίσως όχι για όλα τα διαμερίσματα αλλά ο ιδιοκτήτης θα βρει τρόπο να εξυπηρετήσει.

ΑΨΟΓΟ !!!
Pros:

Πρόκειται για μια πολυκατοικία πολυτελείας. Το διαμέρισμα σου παρέχει τα ΠΑΝΤΑ εκτός απο πλυντήριο.(για τις γυναικες εχει και πιστολακι για τα μαλλια). Κρεββατι μεγάλο, στρώμα πολυ άνετο. Εχει smart tv και εμεις που ειμασταν στον 4ο όροφο είχαμε κ ωραία θέα (βλέπαμε Θερμαικο).
Ειναι 1.5 λεπτο μόλις μπεις απο τον κόμβο της Τούμπας. Εχει σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακειο, ιατρείο ζώων, ταβέρνα στα 100 μέτρα και στα 500 μέτρα ειναι οδός Λαμπράκη που εκει εχει τα παντα και απο φαγητο κ ψιλικατζιδικα κτλ.
Το γηπεδο της Τουμπας ειναι 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια.
Για το πάρκινγκ πρέπει να μιλήσετε για να σας κανουν κράτηση (νομίζω πως 2-3 αυτοκίνητα μπορουν να τακτοποιησουν) αλλα θα βρείτε γενικα στη γειτονιά.
Ο κύριος Στελιος που μας υποδέχτηκε ηταν ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικοτατος και παίρνει 10 με τόνο!!
Οτι βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες στο booking ειναι ακριβως ιδια και στα διαμερίσματα και ακομα πιο ωραία απο κοντα.
Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε 100% !
