The place is clean and very well located. It's centrally located and has many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, so there's no need to take a taxi. The entrance is a bit hidden, but from the photos on Booking.com, it's easy to find. The room and bathroom are very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. I had a very important meeting by google meets the day after I arrived and I was worried about wifi, but it worked very well, so I was super glad! The manager was incredibly attentive to me, even before my arrival, giving me a lot of guidance. I had a problem at the border, and he was able to help me resolve it. I asked him to give me a hand to organize my desk for a meeting I needed to attend, and he was also very helpful. I highly recommend this hostel.
The receptionist doesn't speak English, so for those that are not familiar with technology, communication can be tricky. I always use Google Translate for these situations, so it's not a problem for me.

When we arrived to the hotel we left our luggage and went for a walk around town. As the sun was setting we were at a rooftop bar and realized that we (my wife and I) were both online searching for a new hotel to stay in. It was just dirty and moldy with tape holding up the trim boards and a giant gap under the door and the place didn’t feel very secure. I’m sure it is fine for a lot of people but we didn’t stay.
The location, and the staff who provide us a bigger room. They ask us to choose what room we will be picking up. So we choose to bigger room.
Actually, none. Even we waited for 10-20 minutes before we check in since there is no reception that time. But it’s okay. Also, i pay dollar but they just change me a Kip money.

The room was clean and aircon and ceiling fan dup a bonus. Good Shower.
No TV, no shower products, steep stairs too rooms ( dangerous when wet, no lounge area. One bottle of water on arrival ( no refills )Tin roof in the rainy season( which it did ). The hotel is up an alleyway so bigger sign needed it took my Tuc Tuc driver 30 minutes to find it.
Although very good generally reception staff tried to charge nearly double for the booking on checking in although they backed down I still ended
up paying more than double the booked price. This is a backpackers guest house with free enterprise staff ! If your literally just going to sleep ok .
